I can truly vouch for it.
I am an S rank with Cervantes, the only player where fighting seems so controllable. He has tools for everything. Great neutral, mid range heavy, tools for long range including teleporting and walls. Amazing tech setups!
I have also mained other characters like Amy, Yoshimitsu, Mitsurugi and Setsuka.
They also have good moves and are strong but nothing like Cervantes.
