This ride is so much fun. Happy Valley Beijing is one of the best parks I have ever been to. If you ever make it to Beijing, the $25 all-day park ticket is definitely worth it!
@@bradyryan5105 Nah, Japan is the rollercoaster capital of the East. They have Flying Dinosaur, Hakugai, Eejanaika, and Takabisha. And Japan's much smaller than China, meaning the coasters are much closer together.
This B&M hyper seems to actually use its speed more than the others. Like the others just use their momentum to traverse the big camelbacks but this ride seems to wanna maintain it’s speed (minus the trim lol) by staying lower to the ground, definitely helps that it’s already smaller than the others but dang this looks like a really good one honestly
It still looks fun and I LOVE "mini" versions of bigger rides like this, Hollywood Dream, Daemonen etc., but is this as lacking in airtime as it seems? Or is there some nice if someone odd lateral-ish air on those initial banked hills?
Yes. Completed since 2017. The Wing Coaster next to it was completed in 2015. I looked on Google Earth and the last bit of construction was in april 2018. Its not looking good ...
The coordinates of the park are 41.886761,123.732956. And if you use google earth pro (The windows app) you can look through all the satellite images they have of a place. And the last time something changed was in april 2018.

Whoever listed this as a Hyper Coaster needs to go watch a Roller Coaster documentary and learn a little something. A Hyper Coaster is supposed to be over 200ft tall. This one is only 164ft tall. This is just a Hyper Coaster wannabe.

Because it is a B&M hyper coaster not a looping or Inverting coaster. This style of coaster is designed to give you floating / zero gravity airtime , it doesn't focus on inversions. Same ride model is popular all over the world

However, as a Chinese roller coaster enthusiast, we still feel awkward and verbose when we hear the name. Even in Chinese, it's not good.
