Sharon Blackburn CBE has been a leader for many years in a wide variety of organisations in the UK and Australia so she has a wealth of understanding about the impact of different leadership approaches.
She has currently been leading an aged care workforce through a time of change and scrutiny, and has been using an approach called SONA®. We will be chatting with Sharon about what she has learnt, and what she has done, to build the organisational culture, and engage the workforce to contribute in meaningful ways.
