After a long career at the Boston Consulting Group, Martin Hecker created AmaliTech, a social business that specializes in exporting digital services from Africa to the world. Martin also created the DSAA, a club that funnels German development aid funding to global business services firms that set up offices in Africa.

Beautiful conversation. I echo Martin's observation in Ghana, that the Cv's of graduates are full of many courses done to try and increase their chances to land a good job, yet this is so much time and effort wasted. It's the same here in Kenya, infact my very own experience. We have so much potential but the opportunities are just not there.
