- The Bodhicaryāvatāra or Bodhisattvacharyāvatāra, is a Mahāyāna Buddhist text written c. 700 AD in Sanskrit verse by Shantideva (Śāntideva), a Buddhist monk at Nālandā Monastic University in India.
Translation is by Stephen Batchelor, 1979.
