Can't help myself but think that primary inspiration behind Seanchan Fists of Heaven is the Robert Jordan Vietnam experience with Air Cavalry. Just think: smaller raken can be seen as living version of OH-6 helicopter, typically used for observation and liaison duties, while larger to'raken is the UH-1 - either gunship or infantry transport.

Great stuff, as a non-bookreader!!👍👍👍 A bit spoilery, but I already knew from the TV show that the seanchan are an extremely ruthless and determined people!!🎡🎡🎡⌚️⌚️⌚️
Excellent! With so many strong and capable female characters in the WoT, why did they feel the need to completely deprive all the male characters in the tv-adaptation from all their agency? The tv-adaptation is nothing more than a complete rewrite of every character and event made to fit a misandrist agenda. Thanks for this, as you re-enact these battles accurately without feeling a need to rewrite or change the story. Well done.
It is an excellent video but you kind of glossed over Gawyn taking down the Blood Knives by himself figuring out they could not fight in total darkness like he could using only sound not sight. Saving Egwene from assassination or capture. But it is an excellent battle and a thrilling read for sure.
I just read this. Egwene already had Vora's sa'angreal when she rescued Adelorna. It was her first order of business after getting the novices to link with her.
New sub. These videos are amazing, and I appreciate all the hard work and effort that must go into producing such a great synopsis!
Thanks! It's always great to see people appreciating it.
I love this. Ty for your steadfastness.

There's no doubt Vietnam served as inspiration for warfare in WoT. The same way WW1 inspired Tolkien.

Gran video.
I found your channel this morning and love your WOT content. Can’t wait to see more.

No, I dindn't forget about that. That happens later, in another battle, in which I'm working right now, It will be out in a couple of days.
Looking forward too it
what happened to the cpature dAes sedai?
They became Damane, including Elaida.
Is this real, I mean the same happened in the books?
Yes, this is an animated breakdown for a battle that happen in the books.
Have you done the other White Tower battle {the one in TAR}? I would love to see that!
That scene happens during Towers of Midnight or A Memory of Light? If it does, I haven't done it yet.
@@Luinedhel TOM. It could be really visually exciting.
@@minissa2009 That's a very good suggestion, I'll see what I can do.
En cual libro es que sucede esta batalla?
En "La Tormenta", el libro n° 12. Perdón la demora! No recibí notificación de tu comentario😥
@@Luinedhel Ah! Ok, todavía ando leyendo el 10. Ya casi…

A disgraceful showing for the White Tower.
