- Rand al'Thor's entire military campaign against the Seanchan in Altara, animated! After conquering Illian, the Dragon Reborn sets upon himself the task of stopping the Seanchan threat. At least 4 battles were fought, as depicted in the books. All of them are represented here. Enjoy!

These are excellent videos displaying the actual numbers makes me think of those real life historical battle videos.

I was surprised to know that Path of Daggers was so infamous between the fans for apparently being "too boring". I thoroughly enjoyed the book for the campaign against the Seanchan, Rand having to deal with scheming nobles of three different nations that hate each other, and the Ashaman which everyone distrusts and hates equally. There was a great build up to all those pieces fitting in those chapters. I just wish there was more of it. It felt a bit short. Like it could've been explored further with all the political and power dynamic, but oh well.

Very cool! Loved this. Only complaint I have is the sound effects of metal clanging against metal, and the glass breaking, was too loud, especially if you are wearing earbuds. It was OUCH. Still this video was really cool.
You're right. Sometimes it doesn't sound as loud in the editing software as it does after rendered. I'll have to check it out.

Weirmann, didn't guard Rand's northern flank like he was supposed to. Instead he went haring off again to chase some Seanchan leaving the door open to that Cavalry attack that wounded Rand.
The one supposed to guard that flank was Weiramon. I don't know who that Weirmann is.
@@LuinedhelSame guy, wrong spelling. He was a darkfriend who deliberately left the flank open by 'chasing some Seanchan cavalry'

@@Luinedhel I have some hope. I liked some of the episodes. The finale was terrible, but between the corona measures making filming scenes with more than 3 characters on the screen almost impossible and having to hastily rewrite because Barney Harris didn't show up, that wasn't all the writers faults.
Why was the one power not working properly? Bowl of the winds stuff?
It's not clearly stated, but I think it's related to the gateway that Aviendha closed in a rush at the Kin farm, causing an explosion. The effects were felt in Altara, so the only thing I can think of is that.
Yes, it was due to the bowl of the winds. There were some Q+A's where RJ implicated as much. They used the bowl way outside of it's design parameters and causing the weirdness for both Saidin and Saidar (since the bowl used both powers)
