Rave is the best part. Rarely you see a nightmarish close combat with deranged lunatics being portrayed as a mosh-pit with laser lights.
I mean I prefer the pipe organ but im Anglican so yeah.

considering the Psyker has lines that go against the player team, it makes a lot of sense.

New favorite track. This, blaring through my headphones as I fought my way through the matrix in archivum sycorax, with a wave of enemies around each corner, was a top 10 darktide moment
I LOVED this mission. As soon as the doors opened and I could see inside I literally shouted "ITS A GAUNTLET" and had the time of my life fighting my way through. Got chills, goosebumps, you name it!
The first time was amazing, with the lights flashing and music pounding as we pushed through...
@@ENCHANTMEN_ It's not mentioned enough that that area was PERFECT for this track. One of the best examples of music, visuals and gameplay complementing each other. Rushing through the corridors, alarms blaring, lights flashing, maulers and ragers in front, horde in the back, and the soundtrack to wrap up all the adrenaline
There's also the first segment of the Carnival where we blast into a heretic stronghold with explosives, alarms blaring as this track plays.

Going through this mission, I didn't even realize this was a new song until I was half way through it and I was like, "oh shit, this is a new banger!"

This track always makes me think im in the bowels of a forge world, despite wading through an elbow deep pile of heretics. The belching smokestacks, the roaring rurnaces, the pounding and slamming of millenia old gears and pistons the size of buildings and factories spanning continents. Every speck of rusted iron on the chains, the stench of burning wax and fabric from menials serving their whole lives to feed the machine... only the strength and certainty of steel... FOR THE MACHINE IS IMMORTAL
This is my favorite song in the game now. That level is also my favorite because of that part where this plays. So crazy

Just came back to this game with a friend after taking a break from a few months. Was fucking awesome hearing new Jesper music in the new level. Hope this gets added to Spotify soon, really want a higher quality version to listen to! UA-cam kinda kills the bitrate.

Jesper musical career is incredible. Borderlands, Assassin's Creed, Hitman and Darktide, he knows how to cook good music
This and Disposal Unit are my favorite OSTs, with Disposal Unit the problem is tho that the boss dies before the music starts properly oftentimes, even on Heresy difficulty. Needs retuning.
Disposal Unit needs to start sooner. Have it timed so the beat drops when the guy jumps down.

Boss should be harder imo he’s kinda easy, maybe he can should his shield stronger, causing him to be invincible temporarily while you have to fend off against increasingly larger hordes of enemies.

He definitely needs more defined phases, as a final boss he needs to be tougher and feel less like a rager or mauler with a gun

This song has a bit of everything to represent each class.
The Veteran has the military-esque thudding, like war drums.
The Zealot has the church organ, their faith given form.
The Psyker has the distorted wailing, the voices of the Warp calling to them.
The Ogryn broke his instrument because he used it to hit Heretics with.
This sounds like something you’d hear if you were fighting Necrons, particularly a very upset Skorpekh Destroyer
This sounds like a track that Harlequins would dance to.

@@Angaraman Yeah, I get that the game had a lackluster release and Fatshark so far isn't doing a great job of providing new content for us, but I ain't gonna pretend like the game has no redeeming qualities to it. Or that it's not even fun to play when it absolutely is.
