- Kaak is a native dish of the province of Balochistan. Kaak or Korno is rock-hard prepared bread. It is also known as "Pathar ki roti" (Stone bread).
It is made by flattening the dough for the bread and rolling it over a preheated stone. The stone is cook on the fire. Kaak is very hard once it has been baked.
In this video, we explain you step by step methods of Korno.

Mashallah Good video saif ullah keep up the good work keep making traditional Baluch cultural videos of traditions and cooking , the province which introduced my favourite chicken and lamb saji to the whole Pakistan 🇵🇰 just like my other favourite Chapli kabab from kpk province and shinwari traditional lamb karahi and tikka , this way of making bread is very old primitive tradition of making bread very similar to old Arab and pashtoon even Sindhi old tradition great Baluch tradition I have once heard from one Baluch friend in Islamabad long time ago now I have seen it making , it was also the tradition of thousands of year old aboriginal ( Australia) and americas ( red Indians ) of making bread good to see beautiful culture of every part of every province of our great country Pakistan 🇵🇰.

اصل بلوچی سجی یہی تھا جو اس نے پکائی یہ بہت testi ہوتا ہے گوشت ایسا پکے کہ تھوڑا سا جھٹکے سے ہڈی سے علحیدہ ہو۔جو لوگ تندور میں سجی دم پر پکاتے ہے ان کا اتنا مزیدار نہیں ہوتے ہیں ۔۔
اس روٹی کے بارے سنا اور پڑھا تھا, لیکن آج دیکھ کر بہت مزہ آیا, لیکن مزہ کرکرا کر دیا , کھاتے ھوئے دیکھاتے تو زیادہ مزہ آتا, ھم تو آپ سے نہیں مانگ رھے, صرف دیکھتے-
