Would you consider making an analysis video that focuses on Jin's grounding role in BTS? I've been binge-watching everything from pre-debut to current BTS content, and I've noticed how Jin's influence has affected the character development of all six members. It's remarkable.
I think the parents of RM and Jin, because of their business backgrounds, had the capacity to help shape their finances and even contract negotiations as the group grew. The others caught on quickly as they learned about the industry. Jin has a knack of designing characters for merchandise. Look at RJ and Wooteo and Supertuna.
I admire that about Jin -he has a knack in merchandising. I do hope that he's getting extra for the IP of these especially with RJ and now Wooteo getting their own collabs

I think SUGA makes the most from music at the moment 🤔. Besides BTS and his solo catalogues, he also writes and produces for other artists. Then, his royalty cheque from Samsung of course with Samsung having the biggest Android market share. Let's not forget how he pulled in millions of dollars on his world Tour. The fact that he was performing his own compositions on that Tour too. The long lines of fans buying the merch. I think the percentage of the money he's taking is pretty substantial because, as you've said too, being the songwriter, he doesn't have to split the profit with too many parties.

I don't think kpop fans understand how much money artists make from royalties it is a constant income as long as BTS songs are streamed or used in any project RM is the main song writer + executive producer ( also composer and producer too) of majority of Bangtan's discography he earns tons of money just an example you know the kdrama Begin Youth they released last year it was named as one of the most expensive TV shows in the world because of the royalties they paid for using BTS songs in episodes BTS's discography is one of the most valuable ones and it is main beneficiaries are the one who wrote produce and compose the songs ( and spoiler alert RM is the one who owns most rights in those songs) actually a Korean Economy publishing wrote an article about him begining of the Chp2 and they said he makes enough money to let 7 generations after him can live as kings from the royalties he got from Butter alone and it is a single song now imagine he had 228 songs credited for him and most of them are the Bangtan's biggest hits He is making millions and he is named to be the one who makes most money by business not kpop websites or tiktok accounts run by 16 years old

I'm totally not interested in how much they earn, like why to know? but it is logical it is very different even tho they get from "BTS" the same but then come different things like you said, producing, writing, concerts and all side jobs. I think it's worth noting for some younger people that "paying cash" doesn't necessarily mean handing over a bag of physical money. It's usually an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to the seller. Paying cash really means that the full price was paid without financing through a lender, like a loan or mortgage. I "paid cash" for my current house because I sold my old larger house and didn't need to borrow money from a bank to buy my new smaller house. I didn't hand over a million dollars in actual bills lol.

Of course we have no way of knowing which designers or companies have given them gifts of clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc. It is a wise financial decision to have any BTS member wear their designs, as ARMY immediately finds out who’s clothing & etc, it is and it sells out immediately. We should talk about money anlot more. We should teach our children about money, we should talk with our pairs about money, specially in the work place. We should understand better how to make it growth, how our economy works so we can demand better payments when require, so we can vote for better politcs, so we can invest and so we do not make billionares that paid poverty salaries so they can become billionares while no one else can afford to leave their poverty salaries. I'm interested in the members income from places like BigHit contracts which had been $10 million each a year. I'm glad you mentioned they receive extra from ticket sales of concerts as well. I sometimes worry that BigHit doesn't pay them what they're worth and squeeze every ounce of blood out of them.Contracts are suspended when they enter the military and can only receive income from there which is only hundreds a month. How are they paid for all the solo work released after they joined the military? BigHit can't predict in advance how successful each will be. It would be great to learn how they benefit from all that hard work when they cannot accept any income from their company???????

the prices aren't fake. back in 2002, NVIDIA was worth $0.50. that would translate to 2,000 shares back then had you invested $1000. Before the stock split, NVIDIA went up more than $1,000 which would give you $2M. The computation for Apple and Nike are accurate too.

it's a known "secret" in the music industry that the biggest money maker for any artist is touring (Taylor crossed the "billionaire" mark due to her Era tour). Streams and album sales usually favors the label, producers and songwriters more
Bottom line, no one knows how rich or who is the richest in BTS because there are way too many variables to consider. The only ones who know how rich the BTS members are are the members themselves. RM has the most writing credits, Suga is 2nd, J-Hope is third, etc. Only RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jungkook are full-time members of KOMCA, meaning they earn at least 30 million won per year in royalties and have met certain qualifications. V probably has the most endorsements. Suga had a tour, J-Hope performed at Lolapalooza, Jungkook performed at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup. They all have real estate.
I don’t understand why there is attention in what these guys make. Does it really matter? Will it make anyone richer if they know? We all know as ARMY that they are rich and wealthy through their hard work and deserved every penny of it. My bank account cringes every time I order through Weverse! And the earnings from streamng platform arent calculated by 'the easy math', as label and publishr didnt earn more than songwritr, producer and the artist. I don't think kpop fans understand how much money artists make from royalties it is a constant income as long as BTS songs are streamed or used in any project RM is the main song writer + executive producer ( also composer and producer too) of majority of Bangtan's discography he earns tons of money just an example you know the kdrama Begin Youth they released last year it was named as one of the most expensive TV shows in the world because of the royalties they paid for using BTS songs in episodes BTS's discography is one of the most valuable ones and it is main beneficiaries are the one who wrote produce and compose the songs ( and spoiler alert RM is the one who owns most rights in those songs) actually a Korean Economy publishing wrote an article about him begining of the Chp2 and they said he makes enough money to let 7 generations after him can live as kings from the royalties he got from Butter alone and it is a single song now imagine he had 228 songs credited for him and most of them are the Bangtan's biggest hits
He is making millions and he is named to be the one who makes most money by business not kpop websites or tiktok accounts run by 16 years old

I'm totally not interested in how much they earn, like why to know? but it is logical it is very different even tho they get from "BTS" the same but then come different things like you said, producing, writing, concerts and all side jobs. So there isn't really no telling who has how much. And it isn't really important, they for sure get whatvthey are worth, they have lawyers and "money" condultants/menagers.
I know it's very invasive but I've been curious because it doesn't make sense when they make so much money for their country not just company but Google and UA-cam still say their networth isn't all that. Thank you for making this video, your explanations are always so informative
I think it's worth noting for some younger people that "paying cash" doesn't necessarily mean handing over a bag of physical money. It's usually an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to the seller. Paying cash really means that the full price was paid without financing through a lender, like a loan or mortgage. I "paid cash" for my current house because I sold my old larger house and didn't need to borrow money from a bank to buy my new smaller house. I didn't hand over a million dollars in actual bills lol.

I'm just so amazed how they still live a normal humble life... comfortable. Even if they can afford their own plane lol. Of course we have no way of knowing which designers or companies have given them gifts of clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc. It is a wise financial decision to have any BTS member wear their designs, as ARMY immediately finds out who’s clothing & etc, it is and it sells out immediately. I'm interested in the members income from places like BigHit contracts which had been $10 million each a year. I'm glad you mentioned they receive extra from ticket sales of concerts as well. I sometimes worry that BigHit doesn't pay them what they're worth and squeeze every ounce of blood out of them.Contracts are suspended when they enter the military and can only receive income from there which is only hundreds a month. How are they paid for all the solo work released after they joined the military? BigHit can't predict in advance how successful each will be. It would be great to learn how they benefit from all that hard work when they cannot accept any income from their company???????
Essentially the money is being set aside for the members to collect after service for some things and for others (like endorsements) they likely got paid a flat rate before serving.

the prices aren't fake. back in 2002, NVIDIA was worth $0.50. that would translate to 2,000 shares back then had you invested $1000. Before the stock split, NVIDIA went up more than $1,000 which would give you $2M. The computation for Apple and Nike are accurate too.

it's a known "secret" in the music industry that the biggest money maker for any artist is touring (Taylor crossed the "billionaire" mark due to her Era tour). Streams and album sales usually favors the label, producers and songwriters more
Bottom line, no one knows how rich or who is the richest in BTS because there are way too many variables to consider. The only ones who know how rich the BTS members are are the members themselves. RM has the most writing credits, Suga is 2nd, J-Hope is third, etc. Only RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jungkook are full-time members of KOMCA, meaning they earn at least 30 million won per year in royalties and have met certain qualifications. V probably has the most endorsements. Suga had a tour, J-Hope performed at Lolapalooza, Jungkook performed at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup. They all have real estate.
I don’t understand why there is attention in what these guys make. Does it really matter? Will it make anyone richer if they know? We all know as ARMY that they are rich and wealthy through their hard work and deserved every penny of it. My bank account cringes every time I order through Weverse! I have all their albums and most of its versions, respectively. And I only order through Weverse, I ordered items outside of Weverse and for most often than not, it’s not what it is as advertised.
BTS members fight over snacks, share food and buy each other gifts or clothing as if their money is pooled. These are humbled millionaires. They don’t flaunt their riches like most artists who only value the money they make even though they put out crappy music.

Im not expectng there would be a content discussing their wealth. Among these points you mentioned, you werent includng physical sales & digital sales which imo are the biggest earnings after concerts. And the earnings from streamng platform arent calculated by 'the easy math', as label and publishr didnt earn more than songwritr, producer and the artist.
I prob would like to remind all ARMYs abt how the maknae did such a great thngs that a famous & talented artist would've ever done. He's having a great debut moments right before he enlists. He could've held a concert or a fan con for 1 to 2 nights in Seoul not a free live showcase like he did to treat ARMYs and interntionl ARMYs.
