You are a good person. Unfortunately, there are bad individuals out there. The only way that the spike situation could potentially change is if you try to talk to whoever put them up and see their perspective and if it is even possible to convince them to change them out or if they are flat out just bad, lazy, or ignorant and will ignore your request. On another note, we used to have a wonderful Indian Ringneck , Ringo and lost him after 22 years and 9 months, in February of 2023. Your Alexandrine really reminds me of him. He was such a good boy. I enjoy watching your clips where you spend time together.

I agree with you completely, those spikes are cruel. Also if people are going to put netting up to stop birds it should be inspected regularly to ensure that no bird can become trapped in it.

Hi. He doesn’t bite his toy as he has it from very young age. Now it’s more like his lover and sort of friend. We bought it 5 years ago go in Egypt I think. But you can buy similar on Amazon but the size may be a problem as on Amazon they are bigger then you may think and that’s not as good as parrot can be scared of it.
