I had a few wigs a total of 3 by Outre within the year which lace has ripped by trying on.. Some wigs are a hit or miss. They are producing wigs so fast but need to work on how well they are making them.. I am not heavy handed with the laces either. I contacted them about the units and I was able to send one back and paid for shipping. Second one they never replied but sold it as is on Mercari. The third one said it was passed 14 days when it was not. It took them a month to respond.
