Looks good. I personally would have grabbed that caulking gun and gave a squirt underneath at the hole?

Do you put the cable straight though a drilled hole in the tile or underneath through the gap?

What size bolts did you use?

what gap do you then run the rg6 through?? without water coming into the ceiling?

thanks but my roof tile is not flat one in the video and when strong wind swings the antenna, it'll eventually loose the mounting kit and below my antenna down.

Background information on me: I"m not new to telecommunications game, i've been in the game for at least a decade.
    Question: don't you think
    1. Using a Masonary bit with the hammer function enabled on your drill and going as hard as you were, don't you think it might crack the tiles
Now, considering this is a video on HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY
What would you do if the tile cracked from the vibration of the Hammer function.
    also,
What would you tell someone who followed your advice here ,as you specified it.
and the tile cracked and they had to suffer the embarrassment of telling the client they fucked up the job and then tried to get another tile somewhere
    2. Don't you think that you putting your foot in the wrong place there.
Traditionally, when you drill a hole in this manner
the weight is on your front foot, and closer to the ball of your foot.
now. you're standing in the middle of the tile, at it's weakest point
and your focusing all your weight on that weak point.
what if someone did this and they fell through the tile
so.. now we would have 2 broken tiles.. right
what would you tell a new installer that followed your advice and broke the tiles.
you were stepping correctly at the beginning of the video
but at around 00:56 or when you started drilling, after making the guide hole
    your footing was dangerous
now.. yes, that depends on the tiles and the strength
but, to be fair, the new guys don't have the experience to gauge this.. do they.
they get on, let's say a Terracotta tile roof and start doing what your doing
and bang.. there goes 1 tile, and they take another step and bang.. there goes another
i think this video should be more informative and more correct
for a basic, how to install this kind of mount video.. yeah ok
but this is a really careless way to teach someone in my opinion

Ahhh I can see you know what you're talking about! You know how to NOT crack a time, which means you've cracked a FEW in your time!!
YES the video leaves a lot of info out and is OVERALL a bad edit. Whilst I don't agree with everything you said, I will leave your comment here though because it contains SOME good advice.
I do find it interesting though that if you really do have a decade's experience (and it sounds like you do) why you would be watching this boring video in the first place......

      Shane Seymour hi mate.
      ok,
as for my count of cracked tiles.
i think i've probably cracked 5 or 6 in total
i remember doing 2 on the first day , so long ago, but i remember it
the cracked tiles were my fault, not a result of weak tiles
anyway, after that it was 1 or 2 a year then it didn't happen anymore
admittedly , i did learn to not go onto certain roofs and to assess the strength of tiles before stepping on them
      so, that helped
      secondly
i do really have over a decade of experience
      lastly
how i got here, to satisfy your curiosity..
      i actually stumbled upon it.
i was watching a bon jovi video.
it was Living in Sin - Bon Jovi
i meant to click on a next selection which was shot through the heart - bon jovi
the screen jumped up a little and i landed on your video
i decided to watch it out of curiosity since i was here
and i felt the need to ask what i asked
      hope that explains it

There is NO WAY huh ?
so... Even after reading my entire comment you still came to this conclusion
      Mate, that's called "Stupidity"
Because i've been doing this for over a decade and i've done it HUNDREDS OF TIMES
so clearly there is a way
Did you not even address the points that i brought up (since they were valid points COMING FROM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
LET ME NOW DEBUNK YOUR POINT OF.... THERE IS NO WAY
      LOL
Step 1. Go to your hardware supplier and Get a masonary drill, it will usually have
      - Hammer Function
      - Drill Function
      - Chisel function (not necessary, but very handy)
Step 2. Get yourself DIAMOND GRIT HOLESAW
Step 3. Get on the roof , make your markings where the pole is going to go through the tile.
      Figure out your centre point
Step 4. Get your Diamond holesaw with Masonary drill bit
SET IT ON STANDARD DRILL MODE (Not hammer)
      Step 5. Start drilling........
resist the temptation to PUSH while drilling, instead , let the bit do the cutting,
and you'll find that initially the drill bit is going to go through the roof tile and make a guide hole
and at one point the diamond bit will start scratching out the circle and cutting into the tile
      You're find that , likely within 30secs you'll have a nice hole
YOU HAVE TO HAVE ROCKS IN YOUR HEAD IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GONNA BUY A $300 DRILL BIT, PUT IT ON HAMMER MODE AND YOU EXPECT IT TO LAST
      so there you go mate
      NOT IMPOSSIBLE, FAR FROM IT
and it's not "There is no way" Because i've done it hundreds of times and this is my trade.
      WHAT'S YOURS , BY THE WAY ?
also the advice i gave WAS TARGETED AT BEGINNERS
if you got your job done on hammer mode IT STILL DOESN'T NEGATE MY POINT OR MAKE ME WRONG Because i have years of experience
i mean.. Good on you, i'm happy for you , clearly you had strong roof tiles and likely you used a drill that doesn't have a strong hammer mode
NOW... YOU USE A DRILL THAT IS DESIGNED FOR INDUSTRIAL USE WITH A STRONG HAMMER MODE
there is a very good chance that you'll break your tiles
NOW JUST CONSIDER............... WHAT IF THAT HAPPENED ?
ANSWER : well, roof tiles are not really expensive, but it's the fucking around and time wasting
CONSIDER ALSO.... What if a newb followed his advice and fell through the roof because they used hammer mode
THE BEST IDEA IS TO GET THE TILE AND DRILL THE HOLE ON THE GROUND WHERE YOU CAN'T FALL OFF A ROOF
so again.... i'm right you're wrong ok
because this is my trade and i have experience
you .... seem like a guy who has done this ONCE
there's a big difference between doing something once or twice and getting lucky
and doing something 10,000 times and knowing what works and what doesn't
      ok

That not right way to drill the holes on angle roof you want drill at the same angle as roof and you should lay rubber membrane between the roof title and tripod
