Yes. If you go over 21 you lose If you hit 21 or get a higher number then the dealer you win. If the dealer hits 21 they win If they go over 21 they lose. If they get higher then you they win. The dealer has to draw cards until they get 17 or higher.

Of course if you play a while you’ll see a ton of wild stuff, you can only make the best play possible. It is gambling after all.

How does the dealer draw another card? Is it because it has no 10 cards?
The dealer has to draw until they have more than 17
