That does look pretty cool. 🙂I can imagine this duel and Yudias's loss was Zwijo's way of trying to get Yudias to up his game further, or try to learn contact fusion.
i cant believethat they're bring contact fusion back after all these years but one question is it only for one turn or does it stay hard to say since the duel over by then
So far, all the Rush Fusion monsters that are summoned by Contact Fusion don’t have effects that return them to Extra Deck during the End Phase. Rush Duel is also introducing Neos Fusion monsters but we don’t know their effects.
Contact Fusion in of itself does not have the mandatory End Phase effect. Specific archetypes have this effect as their gimmick. Gladiator Beast Fusions usually have an optional tag out effect and SS another Gladiator Beast from the Deck. The Fusions usually can tag out into 2 Gladiator Beasts (except their listed material), but the stronger ones such as Tamer Editor and Domitianus can only tag out into 1. Heraklinos does not tag out as it is a Triple Contact with a specific material, while Essedarii lacks a tag out effect at all but has no effects other than its summon procedure. The Neos Fusions only have a mandatory tag out effect because Neos is partially based on Ultraman, an Ultra that needs solar energy to function. On Earth, which only has a single medium sized star in its solar system and whose atmosphere filters out most solar energy from reaching the surface, Ultraman can only fight for 3 minutes. On other planets where more solar energy reaches the surface, Ultra can fight for longer. That is why Neos Space allows the Contact Fusions to stay on the field indefinitely, only having an optional tag out effect, but without the Field Spell they are forced to tag out. The Dark Matter Contact Fusions do not have a tag out effect at all, but they also require a 2-Tribute material and another inconvenient material (such as Voyager as a Level 1 vanilla and Wyvern as a Level 5). They are also Level 8 with 3000 ATK, being significantly weaker than other DARK Galaxy Fusions, and their effects are very specific or can only activate under specific conditions. Emperor Dragon can only activate if there are at least 2 face down cards on the field including a face down monster at activation. Requiem can only activate during the turn it is Special Summoned and your opponent needs to have a face up monster on the field. They are also vulnerable to any disruption that targets Level 8 or below, unlike most Fusions which skirt away from these generic cards as they are usually Level 9.
All we need is a fusion between Voidvelgr Requiem and Dark Prophet.

Definitely up his game but knowing how Yu-Gi-Oh works, Yudias is definitely going to up his game and obtaining Contact Fusion.
@@VanishEclipse4867 That will be cool to see when he does.
@@jackryan8736 When the bad guys get new summoning mechanics then it is only a matter of time before the good guys get it.
Imagine a Dark Matter Transamu.
Hoping Oblivion gets one too.
zwijo saves any episode when he appers.
Can't argue with that. His duels are always fun or awesome to watch.
