Personally, if they fail the leave out the pickles, then I'll leave out a bit from their tip. Also, the raised voice demanding that the wait staff take the dish back to remove the pickles gave me a little anxiety knowing about all the stories/videos circling the internet of staff violating your meal(spitting, dropping food on the floor putting it back on the dish etc.) before bringing it back to you.

I actually like the dynamic of the petite woman being dominant, since I am decently tall myself. When she raised her voice, I could feel an aura of authority.
Even though I might be grumpy at times, I really appreciate getting direct, to-the-point orders, because I tend to get things wrong.

After a quite long workout, have a dinner with a sweet lady is a bliss.
If I may give a dîner advice, at the end of a meal, you can ask for either a coffee or a "digestive" (at least from France, it's like that), for the digestives, I would go usually for either a fresh Irish whisky cream which is sweet and is easy on the throat, but most of the time I prefer strong alcohols and therefore I'll go for a glass of Armagnac (it's a 40° alcohol from Gascogne that is the oldest French eau-de-vie, it's quite dry, and is a bit bitter but still with delicate sweet touch and quite spicy, comfortingly burning the throat as it goes down and then warm you all up).
It is wonderful to hear your lovely voice and to hear that we are loved too, your beauty be great and wonderful.

She handled the situation about the pickles very well! She took the soft approach and when that didn't work, she then took a more serious tone. I know someone that would take the hard approach first. It is so unnecessary, causes a lot of stress for everyone and quite embarrassing. My partner wouldn't care how I felt about it afterward. No apologies. Ugh.
