i love your confidence! you seem to be experienced in doing nails and i love hearing your explanations❤️ im a beginner trying to learn how to do my own extensions.
That's so kind, thank you! In the 6/7 years of doing nails full time - I would say practice, practice, practice and a lot of patience is the key! You'll do fab just keep at it💕💅🏻
@7:50 I agree, sanding bands are a bit rough and heat up, so I use an XF yellow band carbide bit to finish file. While safety bits are nice, to finish I use a "Dome Top Barrel" bit. It's between a safety barrel and a standard barrel bit. It's like a bull nose counter top. 😄 so you can get really close to the cuticle but it will not cut you like a standard barrel bit can.
They're just so bulky and awkward to work with but maybe I need to practice more! Willow Academy sell small 'baby' mandrel/sanding bands, really want to give them a try but they're currently out of stock. Yeah the safety carbide bits are good, I normally use them to debunk but that's a good idea! I might try that and get an extra fine one for refining! Thank you so much for sharing!!! ❤️
I'm glad I found your channel, this was a great video! If I could ask, I really do like to watch the part during the Gel Removal where you're filing down your nail of the old product. The sound of the file on hard gel is oddly soothing, and it's good to watch. It would be good to see how thin the product should get to be during this filing process. Thanks!
Aww thank you so much for taking the time to watch and leave me a comment! ❤️ I appreciate the feedback, I agree, this is a really good idea, do a bit of ASMR, I will certainly take this on board ☺️ Thank you!
WOW wow WOW wow, these look absolutely stunning, and that's the best video I've watched of someone doing the eyeshadow hack, Beautiful and Thankyou for sharing this with us, ps I've literally just randomly come across you, I'll definitely be waiting and watching more of your videos, I'm a dinosaur and still only stuck to UA-cam 🙄🤦🏻♀️😂 xx

Hi , love your video ! How do you find nails lasting using eye shadow or pigment to create ombré ? Meaning do they start shipping or rubbing off from tip after week or so x
Heyy! Thank you so much for watching 🤍 Well those nails I did on myself so obviously I know to be careful with my nails, I didn't have any problems with chipping, got my usual wear out of them. I have used this technique on some of my clients too and they haven't had any issues with chipping either. I think as long as you make sure to cap the edge properly you're okay. If you're worried about it, you can also file the tip of the nails before capping, this should help a bit aswell x
