I just realized that Shimura died trying to fight AFO even though she had already passed her powers on to All Might. That makes her death so emotional and it makes the fight between All Might and AFO even more emotional when you realize All Might was in the same exact situation as her.
Pretty much every OFA user died the same way - they have to have passed the power on before they died or OFA would cease to exist. That doesn’t lessen the tragedy though, it makes it more potent and also shows just how special Toshinari is that he managed to give it away and still save the day with the dying embers while grievously injured - he really is an amazing person. I think he and Midoriya are destined to break the tragic cycle of OFA and gift it to the world so it truly lives up to its name - that’s just my prediction for the ending.
What makes it even more sad is at that point All might already had the power for awhile so Nana's embers burnt out so she had to fight him with float and her own strength... She knew she was gonna die
Could have had naturally white hair. I mean if midoriya can have green hair it's possible. So what they show here is pretty close to his prime. Shimura and Torino were partners probably same agency too. Edit : After revelation of Simura's quirk I can safely say I am right about this as both have similar abilities
All Might and Izuku have so much in common. They both started out Quirkless, they both have a strong desire to help those in need, and they both have a close connection with their predecessor.

The beginning now makes sense. How she sent all might flying (Could of been OFA's doing), but it was her quirk (Floating). So we got to see her quirk a while ago but never knew or noticed.

There has never been an anime that’s made me so brutally sad and emotional then this one has. Edit: The comments I’m getting seriously prove just how toxic some of the community can be, I’ve watched a ton of different genres of anime and I happen to think My hero is the most emotional, it’s an opinion and that’s it. The anime and manga community has always been open and accepting to me, I’ve never had so many people roast me over a show before, I’m disappointed in y’all.

I love Gran Torino’s quirk but damn it must be hard to control. Breathing at the right time to activate your quirk, constantly repositioning your body midair while moving faster than the eye can follow, aiming your attacks and evading.
Compared to everyone else, he IS one. No matter the complexity and power of the recent quirks, they can still be stolen(except OFA) and if he possesses them, just run unless you have a death wish.
He IS a god in that world. I tooks generations for OfA to become that powerful that someone could beat him. And in season 3 ... that was only halfe of his true power.
