Hello madam, i have a serious doubt regarding work permit.
my doubt is i have a valid study permit for one year. Suppose i got a part time job.So my question is can i convert my part time job to full time job and can i apply for work permit ? and discontinuing my course ?

Hi, Thank you for asking, yes you can convert your student visa to workpermit, but you need to meet some criteria. 1, you need 30 credits for your studies. 2, you can convert your part time job to full time job with your employer support , but for workpermit now law mentions that you need to have 27360SEK from a single job. If you apply for workpermit, migration board will cancel your student visa . There are other requirement’s your employer must meet( insurance, union support,annual leave etc) .Hope this helps 🙂
