Regarding the Israel/Gaza (or is it the IDF/HAMAS) conflict: with the Israeli Normalisation Agreement with Saudi Arabia and talk of further such in negotiation with middle eastern states, I was opyimistic that a form of permanent stability in the region could be reached. Well there are a lot of people in that region who don't want that and, surprise surprise, Gaza invaded Israel. As long as anti-semitism, wherever it festers, exists there is no answer to the problems of the middle east. It's the Israel/Gaza War. The IDF doesn't operate independently of the Israeli government and HAMAS was elected as, and anyway is until the IDF extirpates it, the government of Gaza. The "answer" was in effect on 10/6/23. Israel just needs to better defend its borders until the end of time. There is no "solution", just measures.

Personally I dont give a F-C- if other countries want to bomb the shit out of each other If like the UK after WW2 they understand the waste of their young men they may be more cautious in later years @@andys1333
Nigel Bigger “Israel needs to have a strategy for peace”. Yeah, but… Hamas is not interested in peace, so the best that Israel can have is the status quo. I wish those “grizzled soldiers” understand that.
The segment about drinking was degenerate and not at all amusing.
Amazing to hear all this fatuous back and forth about a drug that poisons the body.
I'm all for freedom of choice, do what you want to yourself, but the denial (or ignorance) about what acetaldehyde does to every part of you is remarkable. Do it sure, but own it if you're gonna take a position on a platform like this
King Charles III overstepped the mark before his coronation, with the Windsor Framework. Have we ever had a good king called Charles?
Lady needs to get her facts straight? 10M migrants in 330M citizens is 3%. That seems comparable to UK entries over the same period, and I guess less than that of Europe as a whole. Not that I think 10M, being a lesser number, is somehow at all acceptable. I don't. Countries must have real borders.
Could you edit your comment to differentiate between legal and illegal migrant numbers for both the US and the UK? It would help anyone trying to follow your argument.
@@carltaylor6452 No one is obliged to care whether immigrants are legal or illegal if he doesn't want any. But if that's a big issue for you I have to ask whether your search engine is broken. Just supply the numbers yourself and don't imagine that you have the authority to assign work to others to make your points.
If you've ever seen those drug interaction charts at a festival, alcohol is the worst of all substances to mix
You're missing lots of important, relevant information on the US migration issue.
I would appreciate to hear the source for her estimate of 8 million arriving since Biden took office
I would also appreciate her actually answering Cindy’s question as to why she says the immigration problem will only be solved if Trump is elected - which did not happen when he was previously elected.
@@spiritjill9775I would appreciate if the silly woman told us why she, and others like her, voted for Biden if they knew he was going to allow this disaster to happen.
@@spiritjill9775 That wasn't the question and that wasn't her answer, but it is anyway clear that re-electing Biden won't help with the problem at all.
"how Britain sobered up" - well booze is a depressant that is insanely expensive sooo yeah of course the youth are movie to buying coke just having that for the night. it also doesn't make them fat
Ha! It's interesting that the silly piece about sober teenagers gets priority over mass slaughter in Gaza
Gaza who did he play for?
I see you’ve made this joke twice in this comment section, hopefully before long at least one instance will reward you with a like, and you can feel chuffed with yourself
I did not expect anyone to be sharp enough to see the joke you get a like from me bet you went to uni ?@@SFRZRD
If you have something interesting to say about "mass slaughter in Gaza" why didn't you?
Israel deported all Jews from Gaza and gave it to the Palestinians for a peace that did not come. Perhaps now they should deport the Palestinians from Gaza to the West Bank and make Gaza part of Israel. That would greatly shorten the borders that Israel has to defend. There has to be some punishment for the barbarity of 07 Oct 23.
More crazies in IntifadaLand doesn't sound like an improvement to me. And it was in 2023.
How can you not know that RFKJR is going to close the border when elected? It’s like you and your guest are living in 2016 not 2024..
He's less likely to be elected than a no-hoper like Nikki Haley, so why would anyone care?
Could I tell the truth? How much could earn?
Was that one of those geezerbirds that I hear is so fashionable at the moment?
Assuming it was, I always think it’s very bad taste to parade them in public, almost like the freak shows or travelling circuses of the past.
Here for the alcohol discussion, right?
I would like to applaud the Sanctuary cities in the USA and the southern border states send them a big thank you. 🤣😂😂🤣
It’s not my the business of people abroad, such as in the UK, to proffer opinions on Israel. There is enough in this country to worry Oxbridge dons et al ,without poking their nose into issues of which they are ignorant. Israel doesn’t need the approval of armchair commentators from abroad, and especially not from Oxford and Cambridge, given their own treacherous histories.
The UK has licenced arms worth over £442 million to Israel between May 2015 and August 2022,
So we should just have news black-out and no opinions at all about any other country overseas? The internet is full of mad ideas... you've just added to them.
@@julianshepherd2038 Your point being what?
Who is orchestrating the the mass immigration both in the US and Europe? I don't just mean people smugglers.
Two seperate parties: Neo-Mar***ts committed to destroying western civilisation so that Utopia can be built on its ashes - and global capitalism whose only principles are growth and cheap labour.

but the border tsar Harris and mayorkas plus the White House press secretary have all told us that the border is secure!!!🤣
None of them has been anywhere near the border.
What's happened to poor Cindy's face
Eh?
I love your weekly show but Lionel is well past her sell buy date. Pontificating about immigration into a country where she has not resided for a long time makes me feel uncomfortable.
I've never been to the US but I watch a lot of US news and I certainly have an opinion on the crisis of mass illegal migration on their Southern border. Even if you ignore the undermining of the legal immigration system, there are issues of human-sex trafficking, child exploitation, migrant deaths from drowning and murder, debt-slavery, drug-trafficking and security, the growth of heavily-armed cartels risking conflict, the impact on housing and welfare and civil disorder in states like Texas and cities like NYC and Chicago, and then there's the 100,000+ Americans who have died from fentanyl overdosing, a drug being trafficked over the border by migrant mules. Shriver has a perfect right to an opinion on that.

I have no idea either. *if* you are saying that you live in NYC and you're going to vote Democrat in 2024, then more fool you. Eric Adams is making a right pigs ear of NYC.
LOL.
Dude randomly brought up the "human shields" argument when the host brought up the Israeli's President quote saying "No Palestinian is innocent".
Dude's lost 😂
The Palestinians say the same about the Jews!
They chose HAMAS. so how are they (collectively) innocent? Lots of Germans didn't choose Hitler, but picking out the innocent ones wasn't a practical task, nor is picking out innocent Arabs. What's "illegal" is targeting Arabs for being Arabs and Israel isn't doing that, so stop your tedious whining, Mr. Lost.
@@gandydancer9710 No. When elections were held in the mid-2000s, half the population was barely even alive. Gaza's median age is 19. So no, the comparison is not apt whatsoever.
@@blairwich1935 Hitler was selected by Hindenberg as Chancellor in 1933 after an election in which his party's seats in the Reichstag were reduced to an even smaller minority (plurality?) than in the previous election. The invasion of Poland wasn't conducted until 1939 without a plebiscite on the matter (indeed Hitler claimed that Poland had attacked Germany), so the parallel between German and Gazan "innocents" seems seems pretty clear to me. It's not as if there were no 19 y/o Germans who were 13 y/o in 1933, never mind (non-National) Socialists, etc. Gazans are innocent in a sense that Germans were not, how?
@@gandydancer9710 Unless you've got median / average age statistics in 1933 (they still could have gotten voted out after), no, your comparison is no-where near the same.
