Bimaxillary Surgery Case

Beatriz came to our center to improve the harmony and projection of her face. To do this, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
-Mandibular advancement
-Advancement and descent of the maxilla
-Vertical Augmentation Mentoplasty
-Septoplasty
