There are also two sides of Rawalpindi. Rawalpindi has 3rd highest hdi in Pakistan after Islamabad and Lahore even more than Karachi. However Islamabad wasn't like the Rawalpindi you shown in video because before Islamabad there were just villages in Islamabad with natural beauty even Rawalpindi was naturally beautiful before getting populated and even snowfall was normal 100 years back last snowfall was happened in 1960s
