Makes me sad. If Charles death was looked into like this from the start everyone else would have lived. They have all this evidence and did absolutely nothing 😭 Charles tried so hard he said this was going to happen!!!!!!!!

@Objection_23and1 I know what you mean, and better yet, if they had looked closely at Joe Ryan’s assault by Alex Cox and ultimately his untimely death (for which Lori Ryan Vallow benefited from financially) maybe even Charles Vallow may have been saved too. The whole thing breaks my heart.

I understood her saying she couldn't lift prints from the tape.
She found two prints on a piece of plastic and identified them as Alex Cox's.
The prosecution should have objected to pryor sneaking questions about Tammys autopsy sooner re the bruising.
Prior trying to use JJs bruising to try and help with the fact Tammy had bruising!

Murder is different than conspiracy. He is working to keep Chad off from death row.
I think tylee watching what alex and lori did she knew it wasnt self defence. She might not have realised that day but figured it out later. Maybe knowing that costs both her and jj their lives.

Evidence: motivation and intent directly relating to the murder of Tammy.
Imagine how those store employees feel about knowing what Lori did!
I am surprised the State is allowed to go into such detail about Charles murder. Maybe Chad will end up being charged at his Trial.

A previous testimony by one of the detectives said they are still investigating Chad for it. Prior was furious and kept hammering him about it in one of the early days of trial.

He tries to say a lot of things. At the beginning of the trial it seemed like he was trying to constantly object to forensic evidence to hide the fact that there were bodies at all. No bodies, no crime, I guess. It was ridiculous. I was appalled he was trying to get testimony from today's expert about Tammy's bruises. It was extremely inappropriate. I know it was vague and could be interpreted as trying to prove JJ's bruises were old, but having seen the whole trial, I know exactly what Prior's goal is with questions about bruise aging. That's a Tammy question, and it's not appropriate to get testimony about her bruises from someone who wasn't present for her autopsy.

@@SYoung-sd4ub What happens when holding trials is a daily job that goes on for years? Do you stay late and work overtime every day until you retire? How does that work? I would think the city, county, or state the court was in (depending on the type of court it is) would eventually get tired of paying overtime and make some rules about court hours.

It's likely poking a hole in the theory that Tylee's bones contained bite marks from the K9 (involved in locating) INSTEAD of the evidence pointing to Tylee's pelvic/sacrum area being struck with a chopping object used on her- by a human.

Why are they focused of Charles death? IMO it takes focus off Chad and more on Lori.
I thought the same thing. But someone suggested there is value in bringing the complete story together, as it for example helps explaining motives. It comes down to the prosecution's skill to connect and "simplify" everything in the end?

@@tjh5437 Alex & Lori's dad wanted her gone because she was living at home and depressed, so he and their mom went out of town (I think they went to Hawaii?), she died of an insulin overdose (she had type 1 diabetes,) it was ruled self-inflicted, then their dad gave Alex her credit card to go spend her money "because she would have wanted it that way." That was Melani P's mom. It happened when Melani was young. So then Lori took over as her mother figure....and decades later eventually brought her into the cult with Chad. There is speculation that might have been Alex's first murder. The rabbit hole that is this family is deep....
