UNESCO World Heritage Listed, Kumano Kodo is one of only two pilgrimage walks. We walk an ancient route that go through pristine nature, temples and shrines.
We take a bus from Tanabe to starting point at Takijiri Oji, walk to Chikatsuyu and stay at the guesthouse, 3rd Place Kumano Kodo which has one of the best Japanese meal I ever had...

i watched several video but this one I could watch through without any skippings. i like it that you guys video the time, the roads in the forests very beautifullỵ. I hope i could make it to the trail next summer since i have just been back here from JP 2 weeks ago. :)

Thanks. We used the luggage transfer service, which was booked via the tourism bureau as part of the option on top of the accommodation. The link is in the description of the video.
