Finally a small house that is both buildable and liveable. Well done. There is only one change I would suggest, and it is purely aesthetic. I would make the two protruding gable ends even rather than staggered. The extra couple of feet would allow the wings to shelter the front porch, giving a nice seating area, just as you did the back porch. A really lovely home.
I like the back porch to be functional as a an alternate kitchen and wash area. So it should have a zinc and faucet, space for washing machine and a freezer

Where's the security lighting....no lights by the front door...no lighting on either porch areas.....needs some type of lights for safety and security
