Really nice looking home but I would need changes. One's I fill would benefit the home and give it more space. I love your color choices. I really love the porch. Most homes don't have a laundry room and that's one of the best features I think. What I don't understand is most have a sink in them and I'm not sure why. I'd rather have side by side washer and Dryer with storage so it would make more sense to me not to have a sink. I've never understood 2 bathrooms in a small house when the master bath could be a big walk in closet or used to make the main bathroom bigger and better. You can even use that extra bath to make the other 2 bedrooms the same size. I'd probably make the kitchen bigger. I do love your home and helps me see how I could live smaller. Thank you.
