So, we are making Munthiri Pakkoda sponsored by Idhayam. Munthiri pakoda is a favourite for everyone. Cashew is already a most liked nut. So making pakkoda with cashew is even more special.
Usually, we get this snack from shops. This time, we are going to see how to make this with home
available ingredients and professional techniques.

Here are the ingredients for making this Cashew Pakoda(Munthiti pakkoda)
Cashew - 100 gms
Gram flour - 150 gms
Rice flour - 70 gms
Ginger - 2 tbsp
green chilli - 8 nos
Arai Keerai - A half bunch
Coriander leaves - A half bunch
Oil - 50 ml
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

First of all the BGM is very good. Yesterday I tried the chakkarai pongal, it was without bengal gram dal and coconut, except these two, method was exactly what u told chef sir, there was no tension. Otherwise my method will be like monkey with two appam poonaikku pangitta kathai than mattri mattri add pannitte iruppen.

Little bit Pothina leafs enough
Why--Arai kirai ? I think he put more than 100 grams cashew nuts. Over Quantity .
Arai keerai gives a neutral flavour and taste. It'll get nice and crispy while it gets fried. You can use 100 to 150 gms of cashew. It depends on how many cashews and how much coating you need.
