Pondering my childhood when this played. My parents always watched this show as long as it played. I always wanted to watch as well. God bless at the end of the show was unique and golden.
Used to watch Red when i was little. Miltons other name was Mr. television. In the 1950's when Milton had his tv show, it was so popular folks bought tv's by the thousands........( in the 50's not many folks had tv's) . . ........
Speaking of rerun when I was a little kid they had a 1958 rerun of an episode that I discovered was in color years later with Nancy Culp as a guest. I have a DVD set that survives in black n white kinescope, but I saw it in black white videotape in summer repeat. This was never saved unless I'm wrong.

Best thing about live shows is ad-libs!
Interesting to see that it was recorded 2 days in 1965 but did not air until the 1968 season.
Sometimes the musical numbers were recorded on a different day. This is the rerun taping. Originally aired 1/4/1966. Taped in December 1965.

Kind and loving and gave something special for all to remember all there lives.
Red Skelton and Milton Berle are two great comedy greats! Excellent episode to kick off the new year! Happy New year Red Skelton Museum!
Fun episode with two comedy legends.
We all need to remember nothing is hidden not even our thoughts
@11:14 wow that’s Grady Sutton, he used to be on a lot of the old WC Fields movies in the 1930’s, as the bumbling son in law or apprentice ❤
This episode was hilarious, Burl and Skelton together was plain comedy genius.

31:08 The gut who brings out the door is The Blue Baron on Hogan's Heroes and the voice of Fred Flintstone!
Loved it thank you!
Take the music & dancing out
Bizarre opening number with guns, never would happen now.
