Yes, most of my hoyas are in bloom, to name them: hoya krinkle 8, hoya buottii, hoya elliptica, hoya siariae pink, hoya halconensis, hoya obscura, hoya sunrise, hoya red carnosa with so many flowers
My obovata smells like rose and strong… I really appreciate you blooming hoyas. Nowadays people just get Hoyas just because it’s trendy… and then they don’t even know how to grow them and freak out on Facebook about their dying plant. I finally bloomed walliniana, kerii, macrophylla, and lobii… very happy! Thank you for sharing.
I too love the flowers on the hoya's, I have a very old and large (15yrs old) green carnosa, It flowered pretty often, but I recently repotted her, it had been about 3yrs between repots and what a job that was. I have a small Krimson Queen it'll be awhile before i see bloom on her. There are to many different Hoya's that are so pretty.
hi!!! I've just started going through the hoya rabbithole so while my collection is rapidly growing....they're all pretty small. That being said: two have flowered for me!!!! My Rebecca and multiflora. the Rebecca bloomed non stop the multiflora would blast buds and peduncles but the last few have flowered strong. I cannot wait until i can get the others to flower.
so glad you’re back! i found that my obovata blooms smell faintly like citrusy or like a eucalyptus leaf is how i can best describe it, only at night tho 🤣 i agree the krinkle 8 is much smaller than the krimson, i too thought they would be the same but no my krimson queen is huge in comparison to krinkle 8!
Ive smelled them all any time I can so I pretty much smell at all times of the day and still dont notice a difference! I think elliptica smelled a little soapy in the evening but it was baaaaaarely noticeable 😅🤍
As you might know, krimson princess and krinkle 8 are bothe just carnosa. If you see differences between the two, it is just simply because they are after all different plant… like orchids… when it’s seed grown, each blooms are slightly different. That’s all.
No!😭 I had my lacunosa put out a peduncle that blasted then fell off completely. At this time no other hoyas are near bloom. With that being said, I just started my hoya collection this past May and most of my hoya are cuttings and baby plants. So, I'm looking forward to seeing a bloom within the next year or two. 🤗🌱🌿🪴🌵
Yeah Obovata is gorgeous - event not only flowers, but also the leaves are gorgeous. Definitely hoya "must to have". Only one problem with this hoya is that not all likes the smell of flower, so congrat's that you're Obovata didn't have this smell :D
My lacunosa keeps blasting the buds, I have 6 peduncles they constantly bud then blast when there pin head size. Growing lots super healthy. Peduncles are almost a half inch long now. Help!!!
@@garretthall9508 that's helpful to know. I live in the tropics so all my hoyas are in the porch and the weather is very hot. Maybe I need to move my lacunosa to a cooler spot.
@@LessyasLeaves it's so strange how different people react! My partner also couldn't smell much but I was struggling even on the other side of the room 😂
My Hoya shooting star always making buds but if I water it the buds fall off. Now I won’t water until after it naturally stops flowering. Since I get lots of flowers and they last and last.
My Hoya pubicalyx bloomed last week, it was so so pretty! BUT smelled horrible! Like sweaty gym mixed with rotting meat 🤮 I had to move it out of my bedroom because it smelled so bad lol!
Hi guys! 👋🏼 long time no seeee! Do you guys have any hoyas that are flowering right now? ☺️
Glad your back 😀 Wow all those beautiful flowers 💚

Beautiful flowers! So funny how you love the smell of cummingiana, for me that one is horrible, pretty much an instant headache 😅🙈
HAHA that’s hilarious!! Yeah my mom wasnt a big fan either 😂😂

Thank you for watching 🤍🤍🤍
My callistophylla just bloomed too! Only lasted like a week and I didnt smell anything either. I thought it was beautiful though 🥺🥺
At least you got a week with it! ❤️❤️
I’m wondering where you live. I’m in Long Island NY had some hoyas for iver 2 years and was hoping this year they would bloom, can’t wait to see one
I live in Houston Texas!! ☺️ they seem to like the humidity and weather
💚💚
Beautiful collection . Will follow on Insta. 🤗

Oh girl that sounds horribleeeee 😟🤢
My hoya DS70 smelled exactly like butterscotch, not floral at all
Sadly callistophyllas and finalysonii blooms don’t last long at all, usually a day or two.
For the Wayetti ‘Variegated’, the pedicels are bright green and the corolla is more of a dome shape instead of flat. I learned this recently 💚🌿🌱🪴
Thank you!! 🤍
Follow on Insta ♥️👍🏻😊
