looks like Tribbie uses life in her kit cause she got 8.000 life and when healed she got even more (4:50) i need to read her kit to understand (just a detail, she starts the battle with 6454 got to 8311 in the end, and in the characters menu she is with 5759)
Its her trace: After using ult activated a zone that make enemies take 30% more dmg. Zone lasts for 3 turns. While zone is active, Tribbie Max HP increased by 9% of sum of all ally Max HP.

Lingsha doesn’t give energy to tribbie who kind of needs it. Not to mention to other teammates as well who will use their own aoe. It’s not hard to see that situationally, huohuo is better for Herta especially in a world where tribbie exists
But huohuo does give energy to serval, tribbie and herta tho maybe not as much as lingsha but she still do her job pretty well I can’t see any reason not to
