They are pretty good, soundzRinmygarden given their durable materials. Everything has its limits though, which means that if the weather is particularly bad you need to consider things like taking down the awning to reduce the amount of fabric that can catch wind, possible adding extra guy ropes and setting up the tent in a sheltered position and making sure the fabrics are taught so as not to allow water to pool. But short of using a base camp style tent designed for Everest, this style of canvas tent is a sturdy option. ~ Ben

In my instruction book it says swing out a then b when setting up....on the tag inside the tent and on everyone's UA-cam videos they do pack up with a then b.....how the Fook do I setup with a first then b...stupid printout instruction book....to setup it's b then a and when you pack up it's a then b....bloody instruction book said the opposite ...omfg....thanks Benny....

Are these tents good in windy, stormy conditions. I need a new tent as my cheap dome tent just got destroyed and I want something sturdy this time.

How is the packed length 2000mm and the footprint width 2400mm?
The footprint is 200 x 240cm and the frame knuckles fold in during pack up.
