    Nothing can make you feel confident in your appearance if you’re not feeling like yourself, I know this. But if it provides any peace at all, just know that from the perspective of a viewer- absolutely nothing about your hair or fringe especially, appears edgy. I get that once YOU see what you don’t like, it’s all you do see but us outsiders aren’t at all noticing ❤ They just look shorter from here

    No one is ever prepared to have a baby, even the ones born at 40 weeks I promise 😂 having a baby especially for the first time is so intense, your life changes so drastically. It took me probably 3 years until I felt like I’d be ready for another one 😂

    We did the same: adopting to their schedule and following their lead. We only started to adapting when they started pre-school

    You are amazing and kicking ass! When you’re not feeling your best, just remember, nothing in nature blooms all year. Your bangs look great! I don’t like choppy cuts for me, but yours don’t look choppy at all. Thank you so much for even taking the time to make videos and sharing with us. Love and appreciate you bunches. Loved the Potted Together sneak peak and Adam and Nicole’s guest appearances! 🤭🫶🏻🪴👸🏻

    So the baby monitor is the infant optics? On Amazon is it around $199? And it doesn’t need wifi to work? I’m planning my second pregnancy to happen in the next few months (it’s been almost 7 years since my little guy was born) and I always just used to audio monitors for him bcuz I was weirded out by the wifi video monitors (and people being able to see them some how, mom paranoia) so I’m really interested in the monitor you have! I love these videos, even tho it’s been almost 7 years ago I feel like I’ve forgotten what it’s like to have a baby! So keep these vids coming if you feel like it, I’m here for it! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
    Also, I totally get the baby coming early and not being ready! My boy came at 34 weeks (I got preclampsia really suddenly so it was an emergency C-section, nicu stay for 12 days not, thankfully he was just underweight and didn’t have any other issues) but oh my we were sooooo not ready yet 😂😂😂

      Yes infant optics, & doesn’t require wifi. I was freaked out about the hacking thing too 😅 unfortunately found out that these can be hacked too but the person would have to be in close range to pick up the radio waves. Not sure if it would work for video or just the talk function 😖 so now I’m feeling weird about the camera but it’s still better than the wifi option IMO. Agh. Can’t win.
      That must’ve been a huge shock, my goodness!! So glad all was okay though ❤️

    I’m really looking forward to your 4th trimester/postpartum video! I have noticed that the way you’re feeling is very common - especially the part where most women find their postpartum experience to be more challenging than expected or not talked about enough etc.
    My sister is having a baby in February and I’d love insight into how she may feel and what (if anything) you have found to be helpful from your support system!
    Your hair looks stunning to me as always. And you’re still just as naturally beautiful as you were pre baby! Keep it up Becca (referring to more than just appearance obvs) 💪🏻

    Deli lunch meat is the MOVE. If you ask for lunch meat shredded falling apart, is SO good. When it’s super thin. Idk makes sandwiches so good.

    Love the lunchbox sandwich vibes. Pro tip: try getting fresh sliced American cheese from the deli counter when you get your fresh sliced turkey. It's a real game change over the plastic wrapped stuff.

    My babygirl was born in her due date and I STILL felt unprepared. Not sure anything prepares you for being a first time parent. I work in healthcare, took all the newborn and breastfeeding classes with my husband, and we're both educated with good jobs. We're just flying by the seat of our pants lol.

    When i had my baby boy just stayed at home for 2 months just in my lounge wear recovering my body. Also in our culture we don’t bathe and wash hair for a month and soak in water. So i cut my hair very short. And prefer the baby had it’s first vaccine before taking out. I don’t know how those mums do it just had the baby and already going out and back to normal doing things. The first year is hard with night feeding and lost of sleep which i found. And was grateful had family doing my meals.

    you had some time to get to know your little one and have her find a schedule of some sorts. If you feel you need more structure I think it´s totally fine to introduce a schedule, just try to keep it realistic and not too strict and it should work out. Well being of mom is just as important than that of baby!

    I totally resonate with having to dive right in to “postpartum” without feeling totally prepared-both my kids came early (my first was 34 weeks, second was 36 weeks), and especially with my first, it was so stressful that I didn’t feel like I had “everything together” and I felt a little robbed of those last few weeks to mentally and emotionally prepare for our new life! (With my second, I literally had my hospital bag packed at 30 weeks because I didn’t want to feel that way again.) Thankfully, that feeling does eventually pass.. now I’m just chasing my almost-three-year-old and my almost-one-year-old around and they’re both hilarious. They make every day brighter (and more chaotic, but that just comes with the territory 😂).

    I felt the exact same way during my 4th trimester even if my baby “came on time” and I thought I was prepared. I think it’s the sleep deprivation makes one feel so anxious and a simple task becomes so overwhelming and difficult.

      @BeccaDeLaCreations  Рік тому +1

    As soon as the video started I was like omg her hair looks so cute!! It’s stunning no matter what but I know the feeling of bangs being just a lil shorter than you’re comfortable with. Luckily I think you’re right and in a week or so they’ll look “normal” to you again! Also have you gotten a glider/rocker for babies room yet and if so what did you choose? Part of me loves the idea of getting one second hand but I also feel like they are such an important piece of furniture for many years of parent and kiddos life 💚

    • @BeccaDeLaCreations
      @BeccaDeLaCreations  Рік тому +1

      Thank you so much 🥹🥹 yes it’s been a few days and they’re much more on the normal range! Haha so wild how quick hair grows. I did get our rocker/recliner off of marketplace and it’s super comfortable but I spent a LOT of time finding just the right one.. so glad I did because I’ve clocked a lot of hours in it 😂 I’m forgetting the brand.. but it’s a power recliner which 10/10 recommend that element!
