Folks, while getting my giveaway package put together for my main channel I came across this Olight, and I thought it deserved it's own video. And, since this is "gear and gadget" reviews, I figured this was the perfect home for it.
This Olight lantern is fantastic! Build quality is amazing, and the (2) different color temperatures are great to have. Overall, just a fantastic little light!

I’m a huge Olight fan. I still use an M2T Warrior for my bedside light (most people have never heard of that model). I’ve literally had hundreds of lights since then but love the M2T. I carry a S2R Baton ii and all my HD guns have Olights. I always take an Obulb when we travel to have a nightlight
They make amazing stuff I have a few of their lights and quite a few of their WML Valkyrie’s for some of my toys.

Ive thought about getting one, but the battery is not user replaceable, even though its a lithium cell. The Barebones railroad lantern checks the boxes, as there are replacement parts, including battery, and its cheaper. Take a look at one, at do a review if possible.
Nice light but pricey. I guess it’s true about you get what you pay for. 🍻

Mornin Brian, this looks like a nice light, Olight makes a quality product, I have several of their lights. Do you know if you can use the light and USB ports while it’s charging using the magnetic base charger? thanks…
Hey Joey. I don’t have one of the magnetic chargers and the instructions don’t really say. Im betting you can though, just might be tough on the internal battery. That’s a lot going on for it.

Im usually a fan of olights products but i feel barebones did the vintage heritage lantern look better and the lack if removable battery here really tipped the scales in their favor for me.
I haven’t seen that one. I’ll have to check that out👍🏻
This lamp also come in a lite version that runs on AA batteries. Won't work as a charger and it's not as bright, but it's a bit less expensive.
I'll get that one for my parents when it's on sale again and put some Energizer lithium batteries in it.
Is the fan noice from the lantern or something else?
