@@Sea-cucumber1151 Your reply was surprising. I like surprises, so I googled “lamprey in the Great Lakes”. Very enlightening. According to Michigan State University, there are four native lamprey in the Great Lakes: chestnut, silver, American brook and northern brook lamprey. The American and northern lamprey are not parasitic to fish. The chestnut and silver are parasitic; they wound their host fish and rarely kill it. The lamprey I saw on the salmon may have been one of theses. I didn’t know about the native lamprey at that time. This information supports your point about lamprey, just not sea lamprey. Still quite disgusting. The sea lamprey are the invasive species first seen in the Great Lakes in the 1930-1940s, had a destructive effect on the Great Lake fisheries, and brought lake trout to near extinction. Because they have no natural predators, are highly reproductive and destructive, preventive measures are in place to keep their population in check. The sea lamprey is speculated to possibly be native to Lake Ontario only, which supports your point again for lamprey including sea lamprey. However, it’s only through the Welland Canal that the sea lamprey were introduced to the other Great Lakes. Still disgusting parasites.

It’s interesting, you call it a sewer, we would call it a drain. A sewer is for the stuff that comes from toilets. You really need to quarantine and treat any of those sewer fish before you add them to your ponds. You risk the chance of infecting the whole pond by just dropping them in.
I love ur vids ❤
Can you imagine being kidnapped from your house with a huge net just to be called lame fish? 😂😂😂😂😂 I just laughed so hard
Hey Bobby, I stumbled across the video of you & Rob catching blue crawfish in the tunnel probably a little over a year ago on the brigs team fishing facebook and I've been watching your videos pretty much every day since. Rob's as well but I've been meaning to comment and tell you how much I enjoy these videos and just seeing you have a blast every time catching some crazy stuff! Always makes my day :) I've fished a few times before but you're making want to get fish now and go catch some cool stuff! Never stop man, these videos are awesome.!
Im pretty sure the fire eel is not blind it's a thing called cloudy eye and it's like a sickness type of thing Im not sure if it spreads it's normally because of the water they live in if it's to dirty. I hope that helps :)
Guys what? You just earned a sub! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Another amazing video as I always say and it's true🎉
I think that pufferfish you caught might be a potato puffer (Tetraodon miurus). They grow to about 5 inches and are native to the Congo.
That’s what I thought it was too. Wish he had put it a tank.
@@makiarn777 Yes I agree can not understand why he put so many rare fish in pound where he not can study them
Looks like a vampire crab! They need a land and water set up. I wouldn't put him in with your fish. But research cuz I haven't looked into keeping them myself for years.
“Ok now I’m excited little Timmy here…”
Got me laughing 😂😂
Very nice finds!
I think those fish escaped Area 51 😂.Also I think you should do a part two.
Yes can u do a part 2 then can u do a part 3 can u please do it please
I didn't know lampreys existed, Florida IS wild, also... YES YOU MAY DO A PT 2!!!!!!!!
"If I were a fish and saw a giant net come from outer space and abduct my friend I would be outta there"
KMSL Literally the story of Ecco the Dolphin😂😂😂
That’s a Sea Lamprey! They are actually quite rare in Florida so it’s sad that this one wasn’t alive cause they aren’t easy to find.
Only ten have ever been recorded caught in Florida within the last century. Last one being 1978 so you found something quite rare!
So really impressive you found two even if they sadly died
5:22 prime fish 😂😂😂🐠🐟
Yes, you should do part two and I think you were lucky today🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
