    Lovely video. As someone who is English & has trouble speaking English pleased don't worry about it. It's not your native tongue, It's not even your second language. I think your English is fantastic & if I could speak any other language half as well as you speak English, I would be delighted.💜

    Oh wow, what a great idea, especially being able to use up those pesky scraps that I have. I’ll be incorporating this technique in my scrapbooking. Your English is awesome, and I have always understood what you are saying, (or figuring out what the English word is from your language) my mother in law is welsh and she specks fluently, but every now and then she throws in a word of English. When I asked her why she does that, she said there’s no welsh word for what she describing. Anyway, you do well, and I keep coming back to your channel for more. Sending some crafty hugs! Xx

    I have an old soldering iron and an old clothes iron, both non-electric. You put them in the fire to heat like a blacksmith or welder back in the day would do. The saying too many irons in the fire comes from this and means you have too much going on or are overwhelmed. I guess the term solder gun started when the ones shaped with a pistol grip came out. Idk They are also call wood burners and yt has some really great wood burner artists.
    Thank you for this video. It is a great technique you came up with and I will definitely try it.

    Lots of lovely texture and a new fun technique. I don't have a soldering iron that works anymore. I think the wood burning tool is used for pyrogragh which you can decorate wood with the burning of it. The soldering iron is for joining metals together so maybe the iron part is like ironing them together ha ha!!
    Some of our words can be difficult to pronounce in other languages but I think you did well, don't be so hard on yourself, we got it. You should hear some of our British accents they can't pronounce some words very easy either 😂😂😂

    • @LemonCreationART
      @LemonCreationART  6 місяців тому +1

      Thank yuo Elaine! Yes, the wood burning tool is a pyrograph :) At least I think it is :) The iron part is going to be a mystery for me and maybe your explanation is teh right one as I can't see it any other way :)
      Thank you for your kind words! Big hugs! xx

    Someone once gave me a soldering iron as a joke... Now I finally know what to do with it, great idea, thanks. One question though: Should we be worried about any fumes?

    • @LemonCreationART
      @LemonCreationART  6 місяців тому +1

      Lol! That's cool, you have your own soldering iron :) I am not sure about fumes; I imagine taht as long as you are burning paper without any additives, youshould be ok :) Opening the window is always good :) To be honest I'd rather do that then use embossing powders :) xx

    Interesting ❤ I used to make cards with parchment paper, not the same as over sees parchment paper. It was like those plasticky pages. You also punched tiny holes to create the greeting card. They don't sell it to the public anymore, unfortunately. I used normal tools , specially made for the craft, not melting it. ❤

    As always, 😍, but this one is the biggest challenge for me Asia! I love the look of the texture you have created and how you did it, but it also reminds me of some horrible skin or insect things up close that I'm NOT a fan of 🤣😱🤣. If I were to use something like this I would have to cover it with gesso or paint to help me not think of that and just enjoy the dimension it gives. TFS 😽😽😽

      I think she may have 2 of the same maps and burn the holes to reveal an area etc. I tried it once when I'd been touring around Europe but it wasn't very successful as the soldering iron wasn't very good. Not a bad idea though. 😅
