Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 3rd Gen Unboxing and Introduction

I just picked up the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 (3rd Generation) from Sweetwater and its primary purpose is serving as my soundcard and interface for mixing because I need something to plug my Yamaha HS8s into!
I bought this because I like the sound of the preamps, I like the air mode that is available, and it has all of the inputs and options I will ever need in a nice package at the right price point.
It comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable (awkward), but you can use a USB-C to USB-C or a Thunderbolt 3/4 cable as well (recommended). Thunderbolt cables are a bit more expensive, but they're also generally better constructed and will have a longer lifespan since it is the latest technology (vice a USB-C 2.0 cable).
