What's the "muay thai" version for caught at the knee bend counter?
do you have counters for a back roundhouse kick grab
do you have a counter for the "close to knee" catch that is legal in muay thai?
Would you show us how to get out of a bullet proof rear naked choke?
There a ton of simpleton videos on how to get out of a weak one, but
none on how to 'really' get out of one that is expertly cinched.
what about when someone catches the kick on a high kick? what counters can be done on that situation? please tell me.

repetition is the key put 10000 hrs into anything and you will have the basics :)

this seems unnecessarily complex, i doubt i'd be able to pull that off in the heat of the moment when someone grabs your leg. i mean the first couple aren't bad, but the ones going into arm and leg locks just seem way to complex and over the top.
