Martyn! I am so glad you asked me that question. I went on Google to search the date of her passing away I found out she's still with us. I must have confused her with another singer who passed on from cancer. My apology. I edited my comment.♥
@@martynw9166 She is still alive but had an operation which went wrong more or less 30 years ago. She couldn't use the muscles in her face and could barely open her mouth to speak. She lived in constant unbearable pain. In recent years she had more operations and is much better now. She even sings again.
