All the major problems the club is facing at the moment and Levy decides to change the logo and remove the name from it in an effort to somehow reinvent Spurs. He should have removed the football that the cockerel stands on as that is what has really disappeared from this once illustrious club. Great to see you back Sean !

Great to have you back mate! In my opinion Daniel has been at fault for the club for not being an on pitch success! He’s mainly focused on getting top 4 as it’s the main money earner as he’s not fussed on winning trophies 🏆 🤷♂️
Good to see you back Sean. Seems we two are very much alike. I think respect is not automatic. I take the view that respect has to be earned. From day 1, without insinuating I'm "Levy out", which I certainly am not, I thought Conte was 90% bang on, despite my dislike of him, about the club, the players AND about Levy. Who knows what Levy had promised him?
Love that you’re back! You and the Tottenham tv boys seem to be the only spurs channels that have a unbiased view on things. Cant wait to have these videos as my morning routines again
Conte was having a go at every aspect of Tottenham. And he was bang on the money. An acceptance of mediocrity trickles down from the top to the bottom. There is no pressure from the top for Tottenham to win anything. Europe most seasons is fine. Players then become complacent.
I can tell you from experience that there's a fine balance between being so demanding that employees lose motivation because the targets are unrealistic/impossible; vs being too lax and the players becoming complacent. What's required is a realistic raising of the bar each season, but being sensible enough to revise expectations if unforseeable things come along (like major injury to key players etc). In my opinion, losing 11 pts to Leicester, Brighton, Palace and Ipswich was down to the players. That was not down to Levy. Spurs would have 27pts if those games had been won.
Talking about ange and his approach, the biggest question for me was, why hasnt he been fired yet? Because in the previous years, he would have been gone by now, surely! Losing to Ipswich at home would have been the nail on the coffin. But I recalled what Levy said during the fan forum and it all made perfect sense. He said, we finally got our football back! So then the question is why does levy care about the kind of football we play?! And the answer lies in how Spurs started catching all the prime time viewship for premier league games since last season. Our timings were constantly modified to ensure we play in those golden hours. Its all part of the that overall brand that they wanna build. Its a business model. For fans like me who want ange to stay, he isnt leaving anytime soon because it will take a massive hit on that brand image. For those who like pragmatic football, tough days I guess 🤷
David Pleat is more right than we are. He's in the know. He's more of a football guy than most people any of us know. He's a football legend. If he's saying it then we should listen.
Sean.... you've got it about right with porro, he's not a wing back/ full back. He's a natural Winger....being played in the wrong position. If Man..utd buy him i predict they'll play him on the wing, his natural position 😮 Which is what Thick Dundee cannot see or understand 😮😮
Re Sonny, he deserves (more) loyalty and should have some sort of position at the club following his retirement from the club, especially if he plans to go into coaching, which I think he will. Money should not be a consideration in his case.
I very much enjoyed the interview with David pleat a very knowledgeable man knows his football and gave us a insight into what goes on behind the scenes at spurs.
The 2 empty windows were prior to UCL final as we had the Ndombele/Lo Celso/Sessegnon/Clarke window post Madrid. The Rebuild narrative from Poch also predates the Final IIRC
It's so so good to have you back . We need to keep our best players . It toke us years to get a really good rb and there isn't many as good as our rb . Great video coys

Porro and Udogie for Conte ball would have been brilliant. Funnily enough, you imagine a back three of Dragusin, Romero, Van de Ven with wing backs Porro and Udogie, you'd think that Conte would have been very happy. For me, watching this season when things go wrong, there's insufficient defensive support for the full backs from the two eights, leaving far too much space for opposition wingers (against City in the League Cup, I thought things had changed, but it was a single game blip which is a shame). Djed Spence has again been treated poorly in terms of not being in the Europa League squad, with three English goalkeepers in the squad, two of whom have not had a single minute in any compettion yet. He rescued Spurs in the League Cup at Coventry after coming on for Udogie at half time. He provided a great assist in a pre-season game but I went to the Bayern game at the THFC stadium in pre-season and Bayern targeted him at left back which was a challenge for him. He needs and deserves more game time. He's again suffering from a 'we spent £35m on Gray so we have to play him somewhere'. He's been in pretty much every squad when he's been fit, though, so Postecoglou hasn't ignored him in any way. Whether Spence and Gray would be seen as adequate for the right back position in the business end of the season is moot: you'd need inside information seeing brilliant training to go that route. As for a pricing point to sell Porro, £80-90m in January, possibly £70-80m in the summer. It's unlikely you'd find a ready made replacement in January, but if one were available, then you could drop the January price down to the summer price. Where Son is concerned, the 1 year extension is not needing negotiation, if Spurs choose to trigger it it gets triggered. I think it's a mechanism to allow two things: flexibility as to whether the club's trajectory is consistent with a big new contract; and the wiggle room to sell Son for a decent fee like Kane was sold if that is the way all parties wish to go. I'm sure it will be triggered, I suspect that further negotiations on a longer contract may be dependent on evidence that Son is not going into any sort of decline. As you say, what would be a trigger point to sell Son in the summer? Would it be £60m or higher? I guess the final possibility is that Son might agree to a slightly lower football-associated salary in return for a longer contract extension or linking more of his income to commercial aspects of football tourism from Korea? Son will always get other offers, so the Club must work out his value to them, Son must work out the value of Tottenham to him; and both parties must then negotiate accordingly.
I’d love to see Porro as an attacking wide player. He’s superb going forward but poor defensively. One thing I do know about David Pleat, his team of 86/87 was absolutely bloody fantastic! What a season that was, even though it did what Spurs always do.
Another thought provoking talk on Tottenham Sean . Have to agree with you about the Conte rant was far more focused on the players . Pleats views on Levy have to be taken as those of someone who knows far better than any of us . I am by no means a fan of Levy but accept financially he has done a lot for the Club which is of course part of the Company . No doubt he in the past has made bad mistakes in the transfer market , which is why he has brought in Munn and Lange to deal with that side of things . Interestingly a % of the fan base still blame Levy for everything transfer wise and Lange never gets mentioned . The type of players we are bringing in are very much Lange demigraghic players . Do agree on Porro he does fell like a square peg on a round hole .
I thought spurs had invoked the extra year on Sons contract. The only criticism I would make if Spurs under Levy over the last few years is they are reluctant to sign 3 players for 60 million each that would improve the team now. Levy prefers to spend the 180 mill in a more spread out way! A new owner might change that…
Love to see more vids coming, but adjust the colors a bit on the camera Sean, your skin doesn't have to be as gray as British sky. :'D (You looked same color as before in some stream a couple days ago so you haven't most likely changed colors.)
In my opinion, three things need to happen at spurs to get us back to what we all want, success. 1 Enic and Levy must go and a.s.a.p. 2 Ange needs to tweek his system to allow us to defend with real defenders. If he can't or wont, then he must go. 3 If 1 and 2 were to happen, then the whole fanbase would be together to support the team.

Cogent analysis! Don’t agree with all, but enough of it. I, myself would be gutted if and were moved on before a full implementation of his project/philosophy is given a chance. I love watching Spurs these days in a way that I haven’t since Poch left.
Unlike you Sean, I'm not looking to blame other clubs for Levy's failings as the chairman of our football club. Among his many mistakes, sacking Mourinho days before a final is for me, 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻, reason enough to at least question this man's intentions and possibly demand his removal. We are a laughing stock as a club ... mainly because we don't win anything (despite our bountiful resources) ... and yet we find ourselves in a final under the stewardship of a man with an elite record for getting over the line in finals - and Levy sacks him days before that final!? Come on man, anyone who pulls a move like that does not have the club's best interests at heart. That shouldn't need pointing out. PS Even your scapegoat, Abramovich, wouldn't be so brazen as to work against his club's interests in such a blatantly disrespectful way. ENIC/Levy 𝗢𝗨𝗧.

Ange is doing a rebuild. Spelt re- build. So sad Spurs aren't undefeated but at least their best is now electrifying.
Cogent analysis! Don’t agree with all, but enough of it. I, myself would be gutted if and were moved on before a full implementation of his project/philosophy is given a chance. I love watching Spurs these days in a way that I haven’t since Poch left.
Great haircut shaun
