their site is down at the moment, good thing, I love their tools. Not my favorite (I'm a Moki guy) but almost like jewelry in hand and their cases are awesome!
i got this set because multipick has so much, this gave me some good direction. the case works great with these picks and all i added was a couple more thicknesses of tensioners and a v31 for medecos (spinning pins) and a .4mm reach. its a 99% complete kit in my opinion. i also made some wooden pick handles for these frying pans i have for hands. great set
Thanks for the review Sandman! Yeah, bogotas and wave rakes work wonders on wafer locks. A few months ago I competed in a locksport championship and raked a kensington lock for a notebook docking station and a key storage box. Both had wafer locks inside them. 😅
Hi Sandman, could you please elaborate when the warranty applies to these multipicks? According to an email exchange with Multipick, they don't care if your pick gets bent by you or if it's not sent in tact, they refuse warranty in a heartbeat. Now, of course I only talked to one person there, who said he's nice enough to give me a coupon for 10 percent off, but that's not what I needed here. I wanted to know if these serial numbers and the warranty are really useful for something at all. To see if the price of 12 bucks per pick is justified. Unfortunately, the answer is no. You still get a beautiful product with nice etching, but that's it. These things are not replaced if you damage them or come slightly bent. Not according to their one support guy who I talked to.
I have no idea. I don’t work for them. But my experience has been that they have always been willing to replace any tools that are sent faulty or due to manufacturing defects. There’s not a single company in the world that’s going to replace a tool that you miss use. I’ve never had an issue with their products except for one that they replaced immediately.
Awesome to learn how many thoughts went into this set! Multipick makes such quality tools, love them!
Nice kit

I like it. I built my winning set with a few bogota and hooks. And this set is thick with both. The case looks awesome.
