yes it is a very good transceiver for the vhfand uhf bands and looks realy good next to the 7300 so am enjoy very much of these trx....and the last firmware what i have done today was 1.13 i think it is the last firmware but maybe there wil be another update coming i dont know....i wil see...thanks for your reaction greetings Vy 73 de Bert PA5HR
Congratulations my friend Bert, enjoy your new radio. How does it perform selectivity and sensitivity wise? I hope there will be more activity on 2m SSB due to these new rigs, tropo or even E skip (in summer) can be really fun on 2 meter band (i know 70 cm offers too, did not try yet). Hello Christophe yes thank you for your nice Reaction i can say that the sensitivity is very much and i can hear many station from germany and Belgium france so that is very fine by normal condition the rig works realy fine and almost the same as the 7300 and sounds also very good....very simpel to use because it is almost the same menu as the 7300 so no problem with it....am very glad now with my new Setup and now i have all of my dreams on my table. i wil see in the future to make more with my antennas and spend a little mony for it so than i can work realy good and makes me very happy ( HI )...so wish you all the best for your family and vy 73 from the netherlands de Bert PA5HR
Hi Eric yes i dont have the MB1 anymore because this was not my favorite thing it was a good TRX but for me very complicated..so thats the reason to sell it I work now with the FTdx 101 MP 200 Watt version and that is the best thing what i ever had. thanks for your reaction vy 73 de Bert PA5HR
