Thanks John looks awesome 😘
You are welcome and thank you for watching!
Ribs are looking really good! Great job John.
Thanks... and thank you for watching!!
I found with ribs, temp between 250 and 275 is good. I also coat with apple juice. Have you ever wrapped (butcher paper or foil)after 2 hours? They look fantastic and by the results, I would say they were. Only problem is I didnt get to try any!
I have not tried the wrap method although it is a method that is known to produce some excellent ribs, I've always mopped mine the last hour or so and just never changed, I have used apple juice in the past but I'm just really fond of vinegar flavor on pork, and it is usually apple cider vinegar, next time i might try one of each wrapped... thanks for watching and you need to post some of those cast iron cooks you've been doing!!!
Ancho Chile and coffee rub that does sound good. The ribs looked fantastic John.
Thank you and It did have a really good flavor, I'm looking forward to using it again... thanks for watching!!!
Do you remove the silver fascia first or no?
I didn't cover that this time but yes and I think it is a very important step! Thanks for watching!!
Can you put the ingredients and the measurements in the description box?
I put the name of the seasonings the but the measurements are depending on size of ribs and your taste... thanks for watching!!
