Oh wow i cant believe how fast you guys get things sorted, it was only last week i think when you said you were moving and looking, it would take months here in the uk, ! I live in a community of over 60 yrs old apartments, which is leasehold,so own the apartment (someone lives above me) not ideal but one person who is quiet, no garage shared gardens and shared whirly gigs (washing lines that spin around ) in an outdoor area, you pay a maintenance we have a gardner, window cleaner and management agent the problem is they have put this up 3 times and only been here 15 months, but will be a yearly increase plus council tax for maintenance of roads sidewalks policing outdoor lighting, which also increases, make sure you read the small print, as this is not what i expected 😢

I’m excited and overwhelmed , by leaving our home for 63 years, 60 years of marriage, he passed in 2022, so it’s time to sell this huge house. I’m doing my best to feel sad a bittersweet time. You will adjust well. Bob will too. Good luck.

thanks, we will have a 1 year lease and know what the cost will be for that year. After that we will have to make decisions
