- Here is a recipe for one of my favorite cake mix cookies, Lemon Cool Whip Crinkles. You'll need 2 boxes of lemon cake mix, 2 8oz. tubs of Cool Whip, 4 eggs, and a bag of powdered sugar. Follow instructions in video and bake at 350 F. for 9-10 minutes until edges are light golden brown.

My sister and I did these lemon cookies and we added some blueberries in them...they were wonderful!
Making for dinner tonight. Started adding Cake mix before cool whip. Looks ok. Added some white chocolate chips. And some lemon shavings before powdered sugar. Let you know,,😉
Turned out great. Many compliments. I liked the ones baked a little harder. 😉

YES!!! I think that You may have shared the chocolate cake mix whipped cookies. I made them but was not paying attention very well. I did not put them into the fridge for 1 hour first. Man, did I ever have a sticky mess. LOL!!! I look forward to trying these lemon cake cookies now. Thank You for sharing Your talents with Us again.

how many cookies does the recipe make? thank you.
I believe it makes around 2 dozen, possibly a bit more, it depends on the size of cookies I make. :)
Can i drop the dough into the cookie tray without the powdered sugar?
Hi maybe you should try not adding so many eggs 1 per box it's fine
1 cake box mix
1 egg
16 oz cool whip
Roll in sugar
Then drizzle strawberry glaze
probably need a stand mixer
