Jake I have one to. It runs well. Jet it 400 main 37.5 pilot clip 2nd from the top. Air screw 2 turns out. Gear it 13-54. Watch the RC EXHAUST valve cables they go slack fast.
@@jimmadonna1436 thanks man! I’ll try that!! That really helps because I’ve been having problems with mine by it keeps fouling plugs every 20 minutes or so and the plug has a lot of carbon buildup on it and then it will not start until I get another plug and and I run 50:1 because that’s why the guy I bought it from said he rides on it. Also, the kickstart lever is pretty easy to push down with my hand with some resistance but not a ton, is that normal for this bike for you or do I need to rebuild the top end? Anyway, I’m not very mechanically smart but I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong it will for the last few months. What do you think is wrong with it?
@@jake.debnam24 I've only fouled 1 spark plug since 2016. I change it when I do A top end rebuild. The only reason why is because I took my little buddy out on it a few times. Use a BR8ES plug or a champion N3C. Let me know how it turns out.
@@jake.debnam24 ok it needs a top end rebuild piston ring, ECT. Also the RC EXHAUST VALVES need to be decarbinized. Use EASY OFF oven cleaner to clean them. Your pipe probably has unburnt gas in it. Let me know how it goes. Good luck!
@@jimmadonna1436 Okay, thank you so much man! I’m going to look into all that and try to freshen up the bike! Can’t thank you enough-I can never find anyone with advice unless going to the shop and this is so helpful ! So decarbinizing means cleaning the RC Exhaust valves with oven cleaner, if I got that correct? Thanks Jim! I’ll definitely let you know how it goes!
Sweet buck and quarter guys , love to mention Ken Kaplan of the New England motorcycle museum what him, his son an crew are doing for the vintage 2-stroke scene is nothing short of amazing. Would be awesome if you guys could give him a interview or something ,do your thing go check them out . Long live the Brapp!
@@austinsilva5054 I mean it was kinda cool for a couple bikes at first but every CR build people put them on now and its just played out now. Personally regular 02-07 plastic with updated front fender and number plate looks way.
Still pissed of at FIM/AMA/ Japanese manufactures för ruin the sport back in the early 2000s. For them to stop the two stroke racing at the highest level was a terrible mistake.
Hey man, I had a 2005 Honda Crf 100f and I’m 6 foot, 185 pounds and that 100 was super reliable but on the other hand, there really isn’t much power unless you’re happy with that. Now I have a 2004 Honda Cr 125 and it rips. I’ve had some problems with it, mainly top end and I need to rebuild it, but depending on what level of rider and what kind of riding style you’re doing, a Cr 125 is a pretty awesome transition bike! I personally don’t have much experience and the type of riding I’m doing is some trail some track but not solely track riding, just learning how to ride a two stroke, and I need more practice but love it ! Hope that helps!
2-stroke machines are always beautiful
Especially the older ones
any see the pair of goggles on the track haha
Yes
Love it! Just rebuilt mine love the parts selection for older bikes still thriving! Great to see got a 2001
I have a 2004 Honda Cr 125 and I’m trying to fix it up and these videos inspire me so much to build one like this!

What type of adhesive tape is on the frame?
what would you prefer 2004 Crf 100f or 2002 Cr 125

What pro rider rode cr125 in 2002??
Let's see you do an 87 kx250.
Great bike
สุดๆไปก็เรยครับ
Miss that sound. And that smell.
Yeah me too..
У мене аж у кабіні касторкою запахло!
Nice bike but..Why would anyone do a project like this and not get the cylinder ported to run on race fuel?
I know the jumps they just ride for the fun of it. It's not a serious hardcore race bike.
uhhh maybe they didn't want to buy race fuel
🤤🤤🤤🤤
Likeee
Why those boots 👢 lol
Yz125s sound way better
The bike is sick tho
Black frame and black wheels ruined it🤢
Nah made it look better.😎
