Best Highlight tape of Cayden Lindstrom 2024 season with Medicine Hat in the WHL (2024 NHL Draft)

- Unfortunatley Lindstrom only played half the season due to multiple injury but he still managed to have an impressive stat line of 27 goals 46 points in 32 games. His physical game, speed and shot is making him a strong candidate to be in the top 3 during the next draft.
Do you guys think he is the second best forward behind Celebrini? If not, where do you all have him.

I hope we can have him in Montreal. Or if we can have the first pick and have Celebrini lol. A man can dream 🤣
this would little end the rebuild in mtl …
@@TChockey that would speed up the rebuild for sure with a key player. I wonder if Hughes will make some moves this summer. We have a lot of Dmen or picks we could trade for a top 6. I would trade Harris and a pick for a top 6 player. With the return of Dach playing with Newhook, it could be good as hell.
1000 followers soon my TC keep working
soon my guy 🤞
His ceiling is so high to me. Once his frame fills out he could be a matchup nightmare, plus the shot power he possess is already top notch, and will only get better. Whoever drafts him needs to have some patience though.
He looks like a slafkovsky but with even more fluidity in his game. Could be a hit or miss like you said
@@TChockey would you take him over Iginla?
@@jerryrikki9466 I would but I like Tij a lot. You?
@@TChockey I don't know who I'd take, I can see arguments on both sides lol it's a tough one. Demidov has (besides elite level skill) a uniqueness that makes it easier to justify him being second after celebrini but tij and Lindstrom are fascinating especially given Iginlas father and how he's out preforming him at the same age while showing shades of the same game. My gut tells me one is going to be decently better then the other but I don't know which one. Bottom line Lindstrom has power and shooting ability that's through the roof and physically he is perfect for the NHL. Tij looks like he has a NHL ready game now, the little things he does in the offensive zone looks like an elite nhler already and given his genes he's likely going to be a late bloomer like his father. I can't recall two prospects I'd have a harder time picking between
@@TChockey that's not fair. If slafkovsky was playing in the whl during his draft season instead of pro hockey, they would be more flashy hightlights. There's a good argument that he would have been more dominant than lindstrom in junior hockey. I like the comparison for the "talented power forward" aspect both players have. But question for you, Do you think lindstrom could have dominated at the olympics and the world championship on his draft year like slafkovsky did? I personally don't think so but who knows. I wouldn't mind both players on my top 6
Him and slafkovsky would be fun to watch
Scary to watch 😅
he makes me think of Leo Carlsson in his puck possession and his skating ability, i wouldn’ot been surprise if he goes out in the top 3
yeah you’re right and he even has a better physical game than Carlsson had last year. Leo played with men but still lindstrom plays more physical
Reminds me a bit of Kirby Dach in his draft year
yeah lowkey but lindstrom has a way better shot and physical game on what I say. He is gonna be great
@@TChockeyDach was way faster/better feet though.
@@Polaflamme you’re right
How is Lindstom's health? Is his back 100%?
not quite. He played all 4 games the playoffs but he isn’t gonna play in the U18. Maybe a set back to his prior injury. I think his draft stock will go down with all the injury he had this year
If i’m the Habs , my main priority is Celebrini,Demidov,Parehk,Lidstrom
All great options! Parehk even if the D is already stack?
@TChockey that would mean they could trade a guy like Logan mailoux! They'd get a bigger return than any of the other dmen they have then you have a guhle parekh hutson reinbacher top 4 and that would give a perfect mixture of defence and offence! You can never have to many dmen. They may even get more value in drafting a dman and trading that dman they drafted. Never know! A player I'd love to have though is Beckett Sennecke
@@finalguildis That top 4 would be soo good. You're right never too much D and they hold great value
Oh Yeah Oh Yeah
😏
Hab
He’s movin different for a big guy.
@@maximusrusso8758he could very well be there at 5 …the fit would be insane with all the young piece already there
He’s a duck
you think they go for another F again this year? He would fit well with the rest of the young group
@@TChockey there were some rumors of going F again but but since Zegras didn’t leave we’ll probably go Demidov or Levshunov to help our soft defense
@@TheAvakian13I think that if Zegras leaves at the draft they draft him or demidov, otherwise they go for Levshunov or Dickinson
@@TChockey I think the right pick is Levshunov especially with some of our Defense retired. I would also think they want to keep the young guys together. I also saw rumors of trading Gibson our goalie because we have 2 really good goalies with interest on but sides but nothing more than that.
@@TheAvakian13 Sounds like Levshunov could be a Hawk
