there's another npc that gives quest, named Captain Graham (6th npc), he is positioned near Major Quill further back at the coast wall. You'll see what quest he gives :)))

The mission given by the " Tactical weather Man" which is protecting the weather station now is so much easier . No needed to camp in helis.
Black box mission was hardest: if good you can take solo it with carry one grenade, but if bad you least need two people (1teammate) to do that, better more people so you can complete it more easy

I did this one (the HVT on the bridge) first try, solo. You gotta start on the other side of the bridge, using the divider as cover.
I find the blackbox mission and the weather antenna defense mission to be the hardest. The blackbox is hard because small space, lots of hostiles. The weather antenna is hard because each wave contains what feels like hundreds of enemies (probably more like 30-40 but still), and combine that with the fact there are multiple waves and only 3 boulders for cover, it is damn-near impossible to do alone.
Useful tactic for HVT that I do is grab a Humvee/Stryker since the windows are bulletproof and toss a grenade towards the guy in the turret

I tried this quest for the first time yesterday. The wave of balaclava clad men rushing up the bunker steps scared the shit out of me.

Late, but here’s a tip- Snipers help a TON on most quests, as you often don’t drop below even 3/4 of your hp when doing them from afar
Out of all Quests.. I think I rate Black Box as the hardest quest, the Radio Tower the second hardest and the convoy quest the third hardest quest. I completed all of them in solo.
by radio tower, do you mean that weather station one? I found that one to be impossible.

2:18 This mission is easy if you grab a heli first, go to Sochraina, get that mission, then head to the end of the bridge behind the right building. Now, position the heli to block the bullets. A chinook is ideal for this, as the machine gunner can not hit you if you are proned/crouched on the side of the heli. First, kill the approaching enemies, than kill the machine gunner. Now, head to the other side of the end of the bridge to intercept and kill the remaining enemies. And there you go.
You can drive up on the other side of the road and throw a smoke across the road
@@pandawastaaken Yeah, but what's the point of a smoke if the turret will immediately spot you thus damaging you even further?
There a way to fail the delivery type mission just spawn a new vehicle and it will says the vehicle was destroy so you will fail it immediately or you can throw that to the beach
The most rarest thing in the internet is for 2 people to watch a vid and 1 guy comment and the other dude immediately reply.
And it must be a random person, not a person right next to you or nearby or online in social apps.
The black box quest is indeed extremely hard even harder than the bunker raid

I spent 30 minutes confused on how to take a picture then I walked up and realized I just had to stand there. Most frustrating 30 minutes of my life. Aside from trying to find the remaining men at the rig base.
The hardest quest is Major NyQuil's missions of trying not to sleep.
if u fail a quest u can do it again but if u do it you wait 6 hours for a new one also u missed captain graham who is near major quill behind a cougar MRAP

I tried doing this quest 4 times which 2 of them I tried it in a duo. After youbfinally get the thing after you finished all your ammo there's a whole another squad waiting for you on the way up. I only got out of there once but I was out of time and no ammo, no bandages, almost destroyed car. I'm gonna try again today.
I'm sure I sound like a nerd, but the Hardest Quest wasn't that difficult for me as a newbie. The enemies are not that dangerous and there are places where you can hide behind cover. The only huge problem is that I fucked up this route and didn’t know where to go and the fact that all this was given only 10 minutes.
The most difficult quest in the game is the one that is bugged. I don’t remember exactly who gave it to me, but I needed to bring the cargo and when I arrived where I needed it... How the fuck can I shove the cargo into the wall of the building.
The fact that you only get 450 cash and around 300 exp for the black box is ridiculous.

Because you get the other money from killing the enemy. As simple as that.
