I think i know the kind of species JJ was talking about. The Turritopsis Dornhii. It is a jellyfish who can live forever by returning tis own cells back to his pre-living state, to explain tis kinda simple. By doing this, the cells can survive on and eventually live forever. The jellyfish can grow those cells back to being a jellyfish again and live on. It is really interesting stuff.

I can see the civ 1 energy thing, if you look at everything as just energy, theres a fuckton of energy going around. Imagine making a windmill but for tornados. The amount of energy in heat just in random places on earth
Time still passes at the same rate, but we have solar years and there's leap years. And plus there was no year 0. It went from 1 BC/BCE to 1 AD/CE.
Also, when I was a kid I was taught in CATHOLIC SCHOOL that AD meant "after death," but it's Latin for time of our Lord. So who screwed that up!
And that wasn't even specific to my age or area because Ricky said it on Park After Dark. The Trailer Park Boys Podcast. He thought it meant that.

The atrocities that go one proves to me religion is a scam, how much money does the Vatican have sitting in storage vaults, yet people go hungry, people live in squalor, the only thing we all have in common is we are all humans beside this sole thing, religion doesn't bring everyone together.
