A lot of vacant land on the south/southwest end of the community has for-sale signs, with zoning for commercial development ie: factories/warehouses...who knows? These buildings would back-up to many homes. G-bye buffer to this ugliness. I wonder how this will impact selling prices or how long these properties take to sell?
