i cant explain why but starless night will always be the most saddest song out of all of the nana songs for me. for some reason it just reminds me of all the struggles displayed in nana

I rewtched nana after almost 10 years and it hits you different when you watch it when you're 30. I feel so empty and restless. Everyone deserved a happy ending 😭😭 or I would have been satisfied if atleast one of them had a happy ending. I don't know what to do about my feelings for this anime 😭 it will haunt me for days.... Again.
I honestly couldn't watch it anymore. I wanted to know the end and started up again and was like "nope!" Nana is depressing as all get out when you get to a certain point. So I just looked up the end. If the author dropped it because she was getting depressed I know I'm not equal to it. She definitely put some emotion into it.

One day I'm gonna be a mom and I'm gonna watch it with my kids. One day I'm gonna be 70 and I'll listen to this and feel the exact emotions I felt as a kid watching it. That certain type of nostalgia is timeless and lives through me forever. Hopefully I won't have dementia by 70.
I listened to this with my three year old son who is named Wren (wanted the "REN" spelling because he is named after both Ren's in the series but my husband didn't like that spelling lol). He loves Japanese language songs and he liked these songs. I started to cry at one point because I always do when hearing these songs and he told me "its ok Mama" and I just felt the world so deeply at that moment.

The BLAST and Trapnest music is well-written, performed and produced. It's great for Japanese bands to have the anime outlet to showcase their music, and the competition must be fierce (just as explained in the anime/manga). I know from experience just how hard the life is - and they really did a realistic job of showing the darker sides of the music business. Of course events were in a sped-up timeline, but it simply has to be. The character who really handled this well was Yasu - he had a heart of gold and a spirit of iron. I miss this story, and cannot wait to watch the anime again. The love story between Nana and Haji was the greatest love.

Si nonu deja a yuri y se vuelven amantes con nana y ni hablar si de al final nana decide divorciarse de takumi y vivir con nobu feliz, de si hachi encuentra a nana que la daban por muerta pero al parecer un paparatzzi la fotografio en inglaterra cantando. dios mio es mucha intriga de mucho! Ancio tanto ver el final animado :(

en aquel 2006 cuando salió, yo estudiaba en Japón... le hicieron mucha publicidad, era la plática de mis amigas y yo los jueves, salía los miercoles a las 10pm. No recuerdo en que número del manga iba, pero en noviembre u octubre de ese año salio un tomo y las librerías estaban llenas de mangas de Nana. Se convirtió en mi anime favorito., las canciones me recuerdan esa época tan padre en mi vida. Hace un par de semanas andaba e ua plaza comercial, buscando un libro y me encontre una pared llena de mangas, entre ellas estaba Nana... me emocioné, quizá para las personas que nos gusta el anime es conocida, pero creo que al menos en México no es tan conocida como otros animes...
I'm currently at ep. 34, Nana will always have a special place in my heart. I haven't watch an anime this realistic and so amazing that I would d!3. I'll never get tired of watching it. But I have a feeling that the ending is sad, that's what I felt from the first episode, and I am not ready for it. I'll be back when I finished watching it.

I didn't want to spoil myself cuz I was planning to buy the manga, but I couldn't help it. So I searched if Nana was dead, turns out, I was right. I cried for like a couple of hours, I can't imagine how hard it was for them, specially for Hachi.

i really wanna rewatch nana someday but it just wouldnt be the same. i wish there was more animes like nana. it was so fun to watch, i got through all the episodes in three days thats how good it was. honestly i was really sad about the ending but i wont give spoilers dont worry (btw reading the manga still dont spoil it for me pls thanks)
I've rewatched Nana a couple of times through the years, but I find that I have to be in the right headspace for it otherwise it'll send me into a depressive episode. So I have a complicated relationship to this manga/anime haha I absolutely adore it but it's not really something I can revisit whenever
I remember reading this Manga for the first time when I was around 13 and loving it lol now that I'm in my mid twenties and reading it again it makes me cry because the pain is so relatable in all of the characters 😭
Whenever I listen to these songs or watch nana or any scenes from nana, I always had this feeling in my stomach which i cant explain, its like the butterflies in my stomach are trying to escape instead of fluttering, sounds weird when you describe it, heh. This anime, concept and songs always make me rethink life and I sympathize for all the characters (except shoji anf takumi), what would i feel in their situation? this anime makes my stomach upset but it will always be in my heart, I will always look back to it, I never felt so connected to fictional characters so nana was the first even after I watched so many animes. Thank you author of nana, for giving me something i will cherish forever though its incomplete, it makes me complete (wow i talked about stomach a lot! im not even a biology lover, help) {gosh i love nana} [which one] (EVERTHING) [they have gone crazy]
i found Nana after years and when i watched it i started crying. i cry maybe once a month. but while watching i cried the whole time, this anime helped me so much as a kid and i will forever love nana.

I felt so empty after reading the manga, I don't usually read manga I'm into anime more but when i finished the anime, without second thought i read the manga, I'm sobbing when i finished it because it's so sad and beautiful at the same time. The BLAST and Trapnest music is well-written, performed and produced. It's great for Japanese bands to have the anime outlet to showcase their music, and the competition must be fierce (just as explained in the anime/manga). I know from experience just how hard the life is - and they really did a realistic job of showing the darker sides of the music business. Of course events were in a sped-up timeline, but it simply has to be. The character who really handled this well was Yasu - he had a heart of gold and a spirit of iron. I miss this story, and cannot wait to watch the anime again. The love story between Nana and Haji was the greatest love.

Me encanta la temática del anime el cual puede llegar a tener escenas graciosas como abarcar temas serios y lo mejor es que es un anime realista
y lo peor de todo es que la mangaka no termino nunca de escribir el manga ahi sigo esperando que en algun momento de la vida pueda terminar ella de escribir el manga porque ahi quede en el capitulo 84 con todas estas dudas... despues de la perdida de una persona importante, despues de que me deje con la duda de los dos hijos de nana que si al final ren es de takumi o nobu. Si nonu deja a yuri y se vuelven amantes con nana y ni hablar si de al final nana decide divorciarse de takumi y vivir con nobu feliz, de si hachi encuentra a nana que la daban por muerta pero al parecer un paparatzzi la fotografio en inglaterra cantando. dios mio es mucha intriga de mucho! Ancio tanto ver el final animado :(

no te creas que es desconocida xd, cuando el manga se publicaba, si no mal me acuerdo, siempre estaba en el top 10 de los mas vendidos, nana es probablemente el manga y anime de su genero mas conocido
en aquel 2006 cuando salió, yo estudiaba en Japón... le hicieron mucha publicidad, era la plática de mis amigas y yo los jueves, salía los miercoles a las 10pm. No recuerdo en que número del manga iba, pero en noviembre u octubre de ese año salio un tomo y las librerías estaban llenas de mangas de Nana. Se convirtió en mi anime favorito., las canciones me recuerdan esa época tan padre en mi vida. Hace un par de semanas andaba e ua plaza comercial, buscando un libro y me encontre una pared llena de mangas, entre ellas estaba Nana... me emocioné, quizá para las personas que nos gusta el anime es conocida, pero creo que al menos en México no es tan conocida como otros animes...
es imposible no llorar con estas canciones, se me viene recuerdos de hachi y nobu, simplente amo Nana

I'm currently at ep. 34, Nana will always have a special place in my heart. I haven't watch an anime this realistic and so amazing that I would d!3. I'll never get tired of watching it. But I have a feeling that the ending is sad, that's what I felt from the first episode, and I am not ready for it. I'll be back when I finished watching it.

@@kotorisam6320 I AM NOT OKAY....... When I finished Nana, I was dumbfounded. Like, "why's Nana not with them?". I immediately realized that she might be dead..... I didn't want to spoil myself cuz I was planning to buy the manga, but I couldn't help it. So I searched if Nana was dead, turns out, I was right. I cried for like a couple of hours, I can't imagine how hard it was for them, specially for Hachi.
@@magnoliarosefortuna4457 actually she disappeared because of ren's death, for as much I know. It's not confirmed that she's dead
@@magnoliarosefortuna4457 yeah apparently after ren’s death she disappeared to london and was singing in a pub. she was discovered by hachi (hachi looked for her) and nana has long hair now and was identified by her lotus tattoo. :)

i really wanna rewatch nana someday but it just wouldnt be the same. i wish there was more animes like nana. it was so fun to watch, i got through all the episodes in three days thats how good it was. honestly i was really sad about the ending but i wont give spoilers dont worry (btw reading the manga still dont spoil it for me pls thanks)

I've rewatched Nana a couple of times through the years, but I find that I have to be in the right headspace for it otherwise it'll send me into a depressive episode. So I have a complicated relationship to this manga/anime haha I absolutely adore it but it's not really something I can revisit whenever

I remember reading this Manga for the first time when I was around 13 and loving it lol now that I'm in my mid twenties and reading it again it makes me cry because the pain is so relatable in all of the characters 😭
Whenever I listen to these songs or watch nana or any scenes from nana, I always had this feeling in my stomach which i cant explain, its like the butterflies in my stomach are trying to escape instead of fluttering, sounds weird when you describe it, heh. This anime, concept and songs always make me rethink life and I sympathize for all the characters (except shoji anf takumi), what would i feel in their situation? this anime makes my stomach upset but it will always be in my heart, I will always look back to it, I never felt so connected to fictional characters so nana was the first even after I watched so many animes. Thank you author of nana, for giving me something i will cherish forever though its incomplete, it makes me complete

This show leave a huge impact in my life i swear💔. I felt so empty after reading the manga, I don't usually read manga I'm into anime more but when i finished the anime, without second thought i read the manga, I'm sobbing when i finished it because it's so sad and beautiful at the same time. This anime is irreplaceable and forever a masterpiece, it's so mature and realistic, no words can explain how much i love this anime. Ai yazawa-sama pls finish the manga , we nana fans can't move on in our lives without knowing the ending of this.💔😭
